The older lady at returns is so rude. She needs to work on her customer service skills. The only thing she said as a greeting was "do you have an aamzon return?" All snotty and unfriendly. At the end she said nothing so I said have a good day and she ignored me. The whole time there was no pleasantries, no how are you,.how can I help you, nothing. I wasn't mean to her at all, I wasn't complicated. I had a return and that was it. I asked a question and she was snippy with answering as well. It seemed she didn't want to be bothered.

Able to use Kohl card for discounts without having card with me. Then paid off the charge in cash before leaving the store.

Amazon returns used to be up front when you! Walked in the door, not anymore it's all the way to the back left corner as far back in the store you can go! VERY VERY inconvenient!!

Stop moving your Amazon returns! And to the associates that act like you're the idiot for not knowing when that's where it was not too long ago...adjust your attitude or find a new job that doesn't involve the public.
