This review is way overdue. Josh and his team at JML are second to none - service, product, you name it. I would not look to take my truck or car anywhere else. I had my Tundra outfitted with the door insulation which helps not only with a quieter interior, but helps with heat/ac efficiency. Highly recommend. Tinting with UV protection, new touchscreen audio system…I could go on. I’m saddened that I moved out of state as Josh and his team had taken care of every vehicle I had in the time I spent in MO. I’m pretty confident I will purchase my next vehicle in MO, send it straight over to Josh and come pick it up from the east coast after he’s done. While I didn’t bring in a Porsche or Lamborghini, Josh and his team NEVER made me feel like I wasn’t an A client. I can’t recommend JML Audio enough!

Josh and the guys at JML were amazing to work with. They did a fantastic job installing a new sound system in my 1965 C2 Corvette without disrupting the original interior. They also completed a paint restoration that made the car look brand new again. As great as all of this was, it was the incredible customer service I received throughout the process that will keep me coming back. Josh went above and beyond helping me with these upgrades but also helped with inspections, mechanic referrals, roadside assistance, among other things. It was customer service at its finest. Thanks Josh!

This is my second commercial vehicle I have had outfitted by Josh at JML. I am an artist and travel an extensive amount. My first vehicle was a Ford 350 Cargo van and I loved the system so much, that when I bought my Ford Transit, I only considered JML even though I had moved from Saint Louis to Kansas City. Josh sent me home with a loner car and he and his team worked their magic. I have a larger back up camera system, front camera system, video recording for accidents and an excellent touch screen stereo with Apple play. Josh took the time to walk me through the whole system. The sound is great. The service is Exceptional and I highly recommend JML Audio

We trust JML Audio with our cars. Josh is very detail oriented and always does top notch work. He stands behind everything and is always super helpful. We are very particular and he always meets or exceeds expectations. We have worked with Josh at JML for more years than we can count. He has worked on at least 6 or 7 cars. Everything is clearly documented and explained. Josh is available for questions and always willing to help. We have taken some strange things to him and if he can fix the issue he will. I wish everyone was as wonderful to deal with as he is. The more you work him the more you trust him with and the more you want him to do with the car. We are blessed to know him and work with him.

Extremely knowledgeable staff explained everything beforehand. Took the time to answer questions. Job turned out great just as promised. Now my 2015 M3 has Apple Car Play built seamlessly into existing controls.

If you want quality equipment and quality service, JML is the place. I recently had a small issue on an obsolete part. Even though it was thirteen years ago, Josh still recognized me and my truck. The alarm company stopped making parts years ago, but Josh was still able to help me. JML can handle pretty much anything you would want for your vehicle.

Very satisfied with the work that was completed. My car was brand new and was returned the way it was dropped off with no damages. Josh is very knowledgeable and attentive. There’s a million good things I can say about this company, you won’t regret doing business with them.
