This location of JCP is close to my house and what I like most about it is that it's never really too busy! I was looking for some new work dresses and I knew they had a petite dress section so I decided to visit last week with my mom while she was in town. We found so many good dresses for both of us and a few tops too! The fitting room was clean and the attendant was super nice and friendly. When I was finished trying items on, I went to put them back on out the rack, but she offered to do that for me. We browsed the store for a bit and enjoyed looking at the kitchen and other home items too. Checking out was easy and I was able to use my coupons from my phone and paid with my JCP card. I love saving money and I am very happy with the items that I found.

Walked in on a whim wanting a haircut and luckily Sarah was available. I loved my cut and left the salon very happy. That was about a year ago and I've been going back ever since. Sarah does amazing color and I always love the cut! I haven't tried other stylists but think everyone walks out looking great. The prices are reasonable and they don't push their products even though they carry just about everything and almost always have a sale going on.Services: Hair coloring

I just left from getting pink highlights put in my hair. Sarah was my stylist, believe me when I say this lady knows what she is doing!She did an AMAZING JOB!!!I am so happy!As soon as I walked out of the salon customers were stopping me left and right to say how awesome my hair looks and to ask where I had it done?

Just got checked out by Emmily at the Bluffs in Fenton. She needs retraining. The check out line was very long. She has a customer who had the wrong item. She had all of his items checked out except the one item. She let him go back into the store for at least 10 minutes and find a new item. She should have finished his check out. Held his items and let him go shop without holding up the line. I was next. I explained I had JC Penney 'Cash' and wanted to make sure what I was getting was eligible to be purchased with the 'cash' before she got started. She grabbed the 'cash' and started reading it to me. I explained I knew how to read, I'd never used it before....she started scanning my merchandise and stuck it in a bag and said 'you have a four dollar credit..NEXT' Totally rude. The lady working next to her made eye contact with me and shook her head. Horrible experience. I used to work at Penney's many years ago. I know it can be stressful. But this was uncalled for.

Love this location. Every time I'm here it is always clean and organized. The team members are always more than willing to help and always seem to have a smile on their face, even during the busy holiday season.

I've had sseveral great haircuts done here by a hairdresser named Sean, (may have misspelled his name) and everytime he has been wonderful and helpful with products as well. I'd give the rating 5 stars but one day one of the girls there had cut my hair uneven, luckily Sean fixed it for me to where I barely had to shorten it.

My daughter wanted to get hair lightened and the guy said it was no problem she had so much breakage that I asked him to stop brushing her hair. And the cut was so bad I had to take her somewhere else to get it fixed
