“The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!”

“First, I just looked at other reviews for this location. Im not giving this store a low score like others have solely because Tractor Supply as a whole is “woke.” I'm basing my score due to my interaction with the staff IN THE STORE. Big difference. Anyway, I normally shop at Tractor Supply in Troy. However, this location had one planter in stock that I really wanted and I made a long drive to get it. Online it said there was one. But when I got there, Deven thought there were more and went to look and found a lot more of this particular hanging planter! I was thrilled! (Corporate needs to make sure they are on top of what’s in stock at different locations.) Thank you Deven for going the extra mile. Let’s talk about James. He not only helped us locate stall pellets, he offered to put them in my cart (and load them in my car) and then THANKED me for shopping at Tractor Supply! Who even says “thank you” like that anymore? James did. Kudos James. Jessie was super sweet at the register. And one other gentleman helped me find a few other things but I didn't get his name. Obviously it was a great experience at this location. Thanks to all! You're what customer service is supposed to be like.”
“Great place to pick up things you need for around the house or Farm, they have nice inventory. Clothes, tools, plumbing, electric,paint, outdoor stuff, sporting goods, trailers, hardware, etc. For me they are close and that is great. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here.”
“Everytime I shop inside I get help if needed and friendly service. Today, I wanted to give an extra "shot-out" to a young woman who delivered my order curbside bringing a cold bottled water to help comfort me. I had called in because I had trouble with the app and just was not in the mood to deal with it since it is nearly 100° out and my car's a/c is currently not functioning... she must have noticed my frustrated voice and just went above and beyond to be helpful and caring... a much appreciated act of kindness that truly brightened my outlook today. Thank you! ?”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”
“James (John) from the plumbing department was super helpful when we came in to get a replacement part for our water heater. He went so far as to show us the water filtration systems there, also. He was very enthusiastic and enjoyable. He made our visit informative and helpful and I thought that he had EXCELLENT customer service!”
“I love going into Menards there's always so much you can see. The light fixtures they have on display are definitely a sight to see. If you were looking for a light fixture that is definitely the place to go there are hundreds to choose from. I also enjoy going in the garden and lawn section because there are so many different unique things you can find at Menards.”
“Has a issue with a order here and Mikey at the service desk was able to resolve my issue. Assistant Manager Jerry was engaged to get me my missing battery for my EGO mower purchase. Great customer service after we figured out the issue in the computer system.”
“Went in looking for a lawnmower. I found the display model but couldn't find one in the box.
I asked for help and to my surprise, the gentleman wasn't sour about my asking. He promptly stopped what he was doing and said, "Sure thing". I wish I had gotten his name.
They didn't have, in the store, what I wanted. So I went home to order it online for home delivery on monday.”

“5 stars for head cashier Jake and Al at the checkout. Both helpful and went out of their way to find products that were stocked outside and not on the labeled shelf. -1 star for other less help full employee. Hope Home Depot can get more like the first 2.”
“Today is Black Friday, an obviously hugely busy day. While trying to take advantage of an on-line Black Fri. deal, I hit a snag. Between "Michelle" in the Lawn & Garden area at the Sunset Hills store, and the on-line representative, we got the order placed. I'm so impressed with Michelle - she was so incredibly helpful, despite being crazy busy. Nicely done Home Depot!”
