I drove all the way from Desoto, to buy a gift. At 10:10 am they still were not open......No signs of anyone..
Sign on front door says opens at 10am and on-line said same. When I left and around 10:15, I looked back in mirrors and seen two employees casually walking accross parking lot. I won't be back! Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Store advertises delivery. Went through quite a process to get set up with Door Dash. Christmas gifts to be delivered nearby ( ordering from out of state)
After placing order & paying online, got a cancellation of order. Called store to see if I'd done something incorrectly. They said they were too busy ?! I'll control my disgust with them & not say what I think of them. Called TOTAL WINE & had a very easy & pleasant experience. Gifts were delivered next day.

Went in to grab a Christmas gift for someone like I do every year. Was followed around store by employee the entire time. The shelves were empty of a lot of products but finally found what I was looking for in a box by the front register so I grabbed a couple and went to the register to check out. Cashier came up to me and said to never go through her back stock it makes them nervous and she had attitude the whole time. I was so taken aback by the comments that I just bought the stuff and left but I wish I would have told her to keep it I didn’t need it that badly. I will be going to dirt cheap or total wine from now on.
