I purchased two pairs of Baretrap sandals from this company online. One pair made my left toe sore. I attempted to contact this company twice. Each time I left a message on the voicemail of *********************, 9-2 and 9-9. To this date I have had no return call. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I purchased the boots at Macy's about 3 years ago. I live in Florida. Boots are worn very seldom here; just for fashion wear in winter. However, I would think these boots would have lasted a lot longer. I have kept them in the original box in a climate controlled environment. This is very unusual and certainly not a good reflection on your product.
