We went there on March 19 around 4:35 pm. I ordered pot pies, they had none & said it would be a 20 minute wait which I agreed to. I also ordered a chicken sandwich & they said they had no chicken patty's thawed out & would have to substitute 2 chicken strips. Again I agreed to that. I parked & waited. That 20 minutes was actually 34 minutes. The woman came out & said "here's your order" in kind of a rude tone. No apologies or anything. Most places would at least apologize for the wait & offer a dessert or a drink for the long wait but not here. I was treated as if I was bothering them. I emailed corporate. They replied asking for my phone # so they could contact me which I sent & have never heard back from them since. Now I see they are closed for remodeling. That's ridiculous. They've had their inside closed for over 2 years now. Doesn't matter because I will never go back to that dump again. Bad enough this location sucks but their corporate is just as sucky. Thanks for nothing. There are plenty of other places to eat.

I always get the Famous Bowl. Truly, I think it might be the best thing on the menu. My husband is a convert to it as well, especially these days with inflation what it is. My son is dedicated to the chicken legs, however, so that will always be in our order. I recommend you try it. I was wary at first, I mean mashed potatoes, corn, popcorn chicken and gravy seems weird, but it really is delish and brings together, at a reasonable price (esp. on Monday), all the items you really want!

Except it being an ultimate targeted area where the cops shop to fill their monthly quotas..( That which apparently could be argued otherwise)I would LovE to feel the freedom of wasting, spending and investing my money back into my community in this local area.

I ordered a 3-piece extra crispy meal (dark meat) that came with two sides (mashed potatoes and coleslaw) & a medium drink. In addition, I also ordered an extra side of mashed potatoes with gravy, and 6 chicken tenders. When I got home and pulled out the sides, I had the 2 servings of mashed potatoes, but no coleslaw. It's not worthmye time and gas to drive all the way back there for 1/2 cup of coleslaw. Still, it was missing from my order. The rest of the food was good,.

crap service all the way around. top off the crap service with credit card theft because they stole my numbers when refunding for an order. customer beware!!! i feel all meembers of the staff had metth in their system! honest!

This is no chicken sandwich. This is tenders on a sandwich.... My guess is they didn't want to cook the actual chicken patty, so they just threw on some tenders they had.Still tasted pretty good though.
