The gentlemen are very easy to talk with and do not try to upsell customers on things they do not need. They diagnose and repair issues correctly, not just throwing parts at a car. Customers know they are not going to be taken advantage of and feel it is their go-to shop. Many are returning customers who have used the shop for years for various vehicles, reporting that the work is done in good time and runs perfectly afterward.

Bobby's is a great shop. Very knowledgeable and got car fixed right first time. Diagnosed it and fixed it. Not like other shops that will just throw parts at a car. Felt like price was very fair, and these guys aren't like a lot of shops trying to upsell you stuff you don't need.

These gentlemen were very easy to talk with. Bobby knew exactly what to do and how long it would take. Replaced an O2 censor in my 2020 F150. Will definitely be a returning customer.
