Nelson at Estes trucking is a great human. He delivered a lawn mower, which he thought was going to be delivered to a load dock and not a residence. He helped unload the truck with nothing but a pallet jack and even moved it into the garage for us. Great attitude, great customer service and a great guy!

This is the worst company, WORST SERVICE, 4 days of pure lies, the first time, that the driver would call me to schedule my delivery, and that call never came, the second time he hung up on me at customer service, the third time that he couldn't find my package, then that the driver was already on the way and never arrived, I called later and another lie, that the driver was late, and that tomorrow. Then I waited until the next day and they called me from the company to say that it still won't be delivered. It will be for the next day and the driver will call to let me know. The day came and the driver never called, he arrived unexpectedly, left it in the wrong place and made any employee sign for receipt without his supervision and authorization. I PAID ALMOST $400 USD for the most AWFUL service I have ever known, and AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY?
I think an apology is not enough, I paid for a service and they gave me the worst service. The owner contacted the driver and told him to place it on the edge of the sidewalk and the driver did the opposite blocking almost all the way and access to the restaurant. THEY SHOULD REFUND ME SOME OF WHAT I PAID. If it really is a professional and honest company?

The driver left the package on our driveway, blocking my disabled wife from leaving the house. We had to call two people to help move the package to the front door. The driver did not even attempt to let her know the package was delivered. This was very inconvenient and shows a lack of care.

If I had a chance to give 0 feedback I would. I first scheduled a freight pickup on a Friday..As the day went on I never got a call from Estes stating what time they would show. Not till I spent the whole day waiting and I finally called them and they stated they were short staff and that they wouldn’t be able to pick up the freight package. They did finally show up 7 hours later, but now only were they late they purposely damaged my package. That was 10k in value… DONT EVER USE THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY FOR FREIGHT…STAY AWAY FROM THEM…SERVICE IS TRASH…They only offered me $100….which is totally disrespectful. I will report you to the BBB.

Worst truck driver I've seen to date! Changed lane mid intersection with no signal or warning. Thank God I have good brakes because I'd have lost my front end!

I find it hard to believe any of these drivers actually have a CDL. By far the most unsafe drivers on the road. I pray they go under so I don’t have to drive near them when I go home.

This shipping experience was incredibly frustrating. I was moving with my family and we scheduled a pick up for three pallets, nicely wrapped and placed in front of my gate. Our flight was the day after the scheduled pick up.Despite multiple confirmations, the company failed to show up, so I canceled my flight and my wife and kids flew out without me. The driver failed to show up for three days after that, leaving my pallets exposed to rain and snow and my travel plans messed up. Communication was unreliable, with conflicting information on the driver's ETA. The manager's rude behavior, false claims, and refusal to acknowledge mistakes were disappointing.A lack of apology and the threat to cancel my pickup added to the overall negative experience. On the third day I called to get the driver’s ETA as the tracking number they gave me was not updating on their website. The manager told me they decided not to send a driver that day. Mind you, they confirmed that the driver would come on that day!As I write this, I’m still waiting and it’s day four.

Friend of mine had a pick up scheduled with them, they kept on giving all sorts of excuses and moving the pickup to the following day. Their stuff was outside and ready for a pick up and they had to leave them outside in rainy/snowy weather. Called the customer rep and they said that they came and no one was home which was completely untrue, customer rep was also very rude. They had to delay their move twice cause of all these.Not sure what moving company I’d be using when I move, but I sure know the one I won’t be using!

My package has been sitting there for DAYS and my delivery date keeps getting pushed back. My guess is because the package is 150 lb and they dont want to deal with it

The driver watched me pull out of my garage and drive down the road. No call, no text heck he didn't even knock on the front door. Dropped a 400lb grill off right in front of my garage door and left. I have 2 hernias and can't lift hardly anything. Thanks J****** Oh yea and it was 7pm with a 2 week show window. A dam call would of been nice. Thanks to the construction guy that helped me move it 15 feet in my garage right before the storm. This company is trash
