First let me say that the service is SO AMAZING that I will NOT shop anywhere else! The whole team is super friendly, very informative, and super helpful for any questions you may have about any of your vape needs! Not only vape needs, they have other things as well-considering legalization happened in Missouri! They will BEAT prices on all your “medical” accessories-GUARANTEED! The quality is DEFINITELY GREAT! Just because the prices are lower doesn’t mean they skipped on the quality of their items-because they sure did not! Like I said, I personally refuse to shop anywhere else but E-Cig Mania! The owner, Dwayne-A1 FROM DAY 1! He’s absolutely sweet, friendly, and super knowledgeable! Basically what I’m say is-THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND YOU SHOULDN’T SKIP OUT ON SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT AN AMAZING STORE WITH AN AMAZING STAFF!!! 10/10 recommend to EVERYONE in the area!!! Or shoot-just come give them a visit from out of the area just for the friendly atmosphere! Best. Place. Ever. ❤️❤️❤️

I have had mostly positive experiences at this vape shop and buy my juice here regularly. I am particularly happy with the convenient location and the help they give my non-vaping husband when he picks up my juice. Service depends a lot on who is working but they have been friendly and helpful for the vast majority of my visits. Some past issues I experienced were primarily with one person who I haven't seen in quite some time. I think they are somewhat limited on stock and what they can sell/do due to the outrageous laws being passed against the industry.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 I WOULD! I parked and planned on coming in to buy juice the man working screamed at me saying he's going to tow my car because he thought I was going to Murphy's diner. I literally had my vape in my hand I go in and confront him and he doesn't apologize he just makes the excuse that he's hard of hearing. LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!

just plan rude. I called about a smok device, and the guy answered with a terrible attitude. He was disrespectful not only to the smok company but i honestly feel he was rude to me. i get not liking a device or a brand but you dont have to say rude things, just say we dont carry those devices. I cant believe a store like this would have someone so rude and disrespectful its unthinkable.

I was on my way to a friend's house and desperately needed some juice, so I made a quick stop here. Whenever I go check out a new e-cig store that doesn't have my favorite brand (nasty juice) I ask the workers which ones are their favorites. That disnt work out so well this time though... the young lady behind the counter was more interested in hanging out with the boy she Had behind the counter then helping me. It was very irritating and plus the juice was over priced. The reason I gave them 3 stars and not less is because they had decent selection, but I doubt I will go back.
