I ordered $300 worth of diapers on May 12th and have not received any information in regard to the shipment or delivery of the order. The company said that the shipment of supplies was delayed and I should get them by the end of July or early August. I emailed them this week 8/15 and asked where my order was and that I clearly wanted a refund. They have yet to email me back or refund my money. SCAM! Absolutely ridiculous. THEFT!

I own several of their flip diaper covers and use flats. These covers are amazing! Summers where I am are hot, but the humidity is always 85-95%, and these diapers covers are all washed by hand and dried in the sun. They have held up great to the elements and wear and tear they endure. It's a bonus that the patterns are adorable! We love that these diapers will grow with our baby. I will recommend these high quality, cute diaper covers again and again!

Cotton Babies have great diapers! Jennifer was able to answer my questions and help me through the ordering process via chat. We are blessed to be able to use cloth diapers that are so easy to use and are an excellent product!

An update to my recent review. After letting Cotton Babies know that we were disappointed in their service and were taking our business elsewhere, they wrote us one last email on 11/18 to state that they would forward all information to our bank to move our disputed charge along. That's the last we heard from Cotton Babies until today (11/29) when we received a package in the mail with our complete order. The postage and packing slip inside were both dated 11/24 so I guess that, after all of the back-and-forth, Cotton Babies decided to re-ship our order. As you can imagine, we were quite surprised given that the last thing they told us was that they would not fill the order due to us disputing the charge and that they would forward all info to our bank! Lack of communication continues to dog Cotton Babies. We do appreciate that they fulfilled the order but wow, what a mess. It really is amazing how clear and consistent communication can solve problems, something Cotton Babies obviously does not realize. Anyways, we have canceled the disputed charge with our bank since we actually received our items and, while Cotton Babies did eventually come through with our order, I don't think we'll do business with them again.

Great customer service! Super friendly and helpful, I had received an item that I did not purchase and they were very quick to respond. They had called me right after I sent an email and I figured it would take a day or two at least. Compared to even Amazon, Zulily or any other larger retailer, their response time was amazing! Feel good knowing that this company sees you as an individual and cares about your order. I am very impressed with this store.

I haven't been in the store, but I have been corresponding with a customer service representative through e-mail after a purchase I made online. I WILL NEVER SHOP COTTON BABIES EVER AGAIN. I ordered daytime and nighttime organic flip diaper inserts. They came with no original packaging - just thrown into a USPS bag. They are also NOT what I ordered. The tag clearly states 100% cotton - not 100% organic cotton. The other flip inserts I have state 100% organic cotton CLEARLY on the tag. When I bring this up to customer service through e-mail (SINCE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE) they tell me that they remove the original packaging to reduce waste and that the inserts are definitely organic cotton but the tags just so happen to be a misprint. REALLY? So you thew away my original packaging BEFORE I had a chance to throw it away at my own home (not sure how this is reducing waste) and the tags happen to be a misprint. Seems like they are trying to pawn off the NON organic inserts as organic and threw away the packaging hoping I wouldn't notice. According to customer service, even with all these issues, if I want to return them I have to PAY to ship back. So I paid for these items to be shipped to me, and now I have to pay to return them when they ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED. If this is not an OBVIOUS LIE I don't know what is. I have never written a negative review before in my life. But I will be finding every possible platform to warn people about this company. I would have given this review ZERO stars if I could have.

I ordered a refresher kit about a month ago and my credit card was immediately charged. The order has yet to start processing! I've called and emailed customer service multiple times but no one answers. I'm seriously worried now! Is this company still in business?!?

I had a really terrible experience turned into a great one because of Natalie in customer service. Unfortunately the diaper I love is no longer made (there is an updated version) but she made sure I got what I needed. I’ve been a long time user of the diapers and feminine pads and these products are really great. If you follow the acre instructions these will last you for years.

This is a follow up to the one star review I left yesterday. Apparently it does help a disgruntled customer to leave a scathing review because I woke up this morning to an email with a lengthy explanation as to why my order had not been filled. In the email I was offered an upgrade or a refund. I chose a refund because I am still annoyed that they had not responded to my emails and calls.

I ordered some diapers from Cotton Babies and some of my selection was backordered, which I didn't find out until after my order was placed. Originally I was pretty irritated, but they filled with as things came in or with substitutes and we had our complete order in about a week. I was really impressed with how quickly they got it completed. Thank you!
