Jackie who is an employee there is extremely unprofessional and rude. Said my wife should divorce me because I was cheap. Also talks too much about touchy subjects and is very pushy and will try to lie about promos to make you spend more. She said that this store doesn’t have to follow boost promotions because they are a franchise store. Would not shop here. Not to mention she wasted half an hour of my time because she put the wrong account number in. Absolutely the worst experience. Then to top it off starts crying and saying she’s going to get kicked out of her place and she needs people to buy accessories. Absolutely the worst place.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jackie and Zach who helped us get our phones, and again to Jackie after we had to return to the store with an issue with a phone she fixed it in no time especially with how swamped she was!! Girl you rock and thank you so much!! Ask for Jackie!! ?

Came here at 10:23 am on a Monday and the store opens at 10:00 am on Mondays. We tried to call this location twice and no one is even there. I get being a little late to open but being over half an hour late is ridiculous. We have places to be people!!!

The lady who runs it very cool easy to talk with and nice when entering the store i stopped going to this location and actually switched my provider because previous employees or boss who were in charge would never help always closed early and was just rude. Since I been back with boost this was my first time going in since I left and I can say they definitely fixed their issue with their employees she is much much better then all the others
