Very misleading business name! I walked in expecting something very different ended up driving home in a challenger SRT that caught fire!

Great experience, easy process. I put money down to hold it had no issues. Safety and emissions passed, drove it 30 miles after leaving the lot it did just fine. Its a Toyota, and i reccomend buying a warranty with any used car on any lot. just in case. Ask for Tyler, great guy easy to work with. Thank you BBC motors

Didn't do inspection they claimed, lied to my face, there is no check engine light for shocks, $1000 deep to get it to where it should have been from them, expect a lawsuit

Should be 0 stars. I’ve had my 07 Corolla for a year. I tried to go to AutoZone for a new battery and they couldn’t because of the work that was done to it by either the previous owners or the mechanic this place took this car to. AutoZone also asked my wife if I purchased this car from them. Tells a lot about how many times an auto parts store has seen their work. Never will buy another car there again

What isnt goin wrong with this thing, ive had this vehicle for a little over a week, already needs an ignition cylinder, alternator, wheel bearing, massive noise coming from steering column, and air bag lights stuck on. No way this passed inspections legally... now im broke and have a useless vehicle ? noticed the oil change was 200 miles ago 3 YEARS AGO! meaning they got it running and slapped a for sale sign on it. Tired of rip off dealers...update 8/16 changed alternator and battery didnt fix anything it has an electrical issue i cant diagnose, found the transmission pan damn near empty, cant check the oil because dip stick is brocken off inside and is leaking, engine light is now on, list keeps going. I paid my hard earned money for a drive way ornament.Update 9/10 vehicle is no longer running, it was only a matter of time. All my savings and then some for scrap.

Went to buy a vehicle and had some major issues occur. Usually on these side lots, you do not get help but these serious issues were remedied quickly by Mike and all is well. Wanted to say thank you for making it right with us.

Cars with high mileage and priced too high. Taking advantage of people who have bad credit or who are uninformed about car sales.

I did not have a good experience with this dealer. Was encouraged to drive the car off the lot with the check engine light on and to just have a mechanic reset it to pass emissions... they sold a broken car. Mike paid to fix the broken fuel pump (which hadn't been a problem during the test drive). So that's nice... but the car immediately overheated when driving home from the mechanic. I found out the coolant reservoir was full of WATER, not coolant, and the radiator fans had been replaced with fans that did not fit and would not turn on. All told, the cost of the repairs is more than half the price I paid for the car. I feel duped and taken advantage of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We recently purchased a car from BBC and was very pleased with the service. This is the first time we’ve gone the more “small shop” approach and they treated so well. (Coming from my husband working at a big dealership) our experience was a straight forward and everything felt genuine. They also were really accommodating with a hiccup after purchasing. Give em a go, ask for Tyler!

Communication and customer service is terrible.. no one answers the phones or emails. Tried to purchase 3 different vehicles but never got an answer.. normally don’t write reviews. But the response I got was so dry

Went by on a rainy day while out shopping for a 4 wheel drive vehicle for my son. Test drove a 2005 Trailblazer (sale tag says third row seating and we realized later it doesn't have 3rd row) but couldn't drive far because the windshield wipers were torn up and I didn't feel safe. Vehicle ran well from what I could tell so we spoke Larry who explained that it needed some work but would be ready for sale in a few days. We went back on Monday to put down a deposit. On Friday we paid the balance and picked up the vehicle. Owner Mike said that they had the driver door repaired because the lock had not been working correctly. It came with emissions and safety inspections (that I had to pay additional fees for) but the windshield wipers were still falling apart so first stop was to buy new wipers. On our way to get them, the oil pressure gauge was dropping back and forth between 0 and 40 and gauge lights came on and it struggled shifting in high gears. Called and Larry said Mike was gone but he would relay the message and reassured me Mike stands behind his vehicles and would get it taken care of. The next day, Mike called and asked that we drive it some and see if the engine reacted when it happened and to call him Monday and let him know. I took the SUV out to do some shopping. Late in the afternoon, I made a final stop and decided since there were gifts in the back seat I should lock it. Ended up locked out. Called BBC and Larry came and sat in the parking lot of the store until AAA arrived because it was 20 degrees outside, reassuring me the whole time that Mike cares about his customers and will take care of the issues. The next day we dropped it off for them to repair. Went to pick the vehicle back up on Tuesday afternoon and all they did was get the door lock fixed and change out the key fob by repurposing a used one from another trailblazer. My son needed the vehicle so I decided we would take it and call back if issues persistented. Check engine lights were on. Stopped and got codes. 1 for ABS and the other for emissions. Call and let Tyler know and he says he will relay info to Mike because he had already left. (Wish I had that guys work schedule) He calls me on Wednesday and says he's not worried about the ABS light (even though I am because it's my kid driving it) but will fix the other one. I couldn't bring it until the next week (after Christmas) and he said he would call me the next day (Thursday) to schedule the drop off. Almost 2 weeks later and haven't heard a word from Mike.Larry's kindness has been the only positive experience with BBC which is why they got 2 stars instead of 0.I was sold a $4750 vehicle they said had 3rd row seating and doesn't and is turning into a bottomless money pit. Had Mike actually fixed our issues he would be selling us another SUV since my daughter needs one now too but there's no way I'll buy another vehicle from him after all this.
