I had Jonah change a battery on my personal car last week and had my grandfather call me saying his battery was dead in his car over the weekend and he had somewhere to be. I took his car by this same Autozone location and Steven got me in and out in under 20 min. It was another incredible experience and a highly valuable service Autozone offers. Thanks for the help Steven!

Went in to buy a new battery and get it installed, Lorie and Jim took care of me. Both were very hardworking and accommodating, definitely will be my first stop in the future.

The employees are super nice and they do go out of their way to help you and get the things you need however the return policy is lacking I don't know if it's the system that they use or the paper that they print the receipts on. There's no hate on the employees on this. It's a company problem. When I buy an item and I'm told I get my money back when I bring the item back unused for the receipt and when I try to bring it back the system doesn't show anything that's not a good look for the employees that are doing all they can to help. AutoZone is my go-to place to buy Auto Parts oil Etc and they've got the nicest employees. But the company has got to do better to help these employees do their job without problems. Like I said there's no hate on the employees they're doing all they can to provide excellent service. The company needs to provide better support systems.

If I could give zero Stars I would. There is a female employee she is a little bit older and she is extremely combative. She wants to argue when you already know something she'll give you the wrong parts because she thinks she's right she hollers across the store for no reason at customers. It's not worth your money or your time to go to this place because of her.

Alan literally crawled inside my car to help point out my issue. He is the most amazing, caring, courteous worker I’ve encountered. Made me want to always make sure to go to this AutoZone for everything I buy. Such a great help in a needed time. I was super stressed and was freaking out.
