If you want a lack of customer service and a bank that allows their employees to have autonomy to the level of talking rudely to customers and hanging up in their face this is the bank for you! I have had a loan with this bank going on four years. I had an issue with my loan and contacted Ronda who is over the loans. She was beyond rude, nasty, and unprofessional. After attempting for a week to speak with her she claimed I never tried to reach out. I literally have emails and text messages where I tried to contact her and attempted to return her one phone call that I missed over a period of five days. She wanted to communicate via text message and I explained to her I an not comfortable with sharing my personal information via text message. It’s unprofessional. I finally spoke with her after five days. You can image I was upset. She was rude, aggressive, and refuse to provide customer service. She went so far as to hang up in my face. Not once, but twice. One conversation was witnessed by a bank employee of another branch who was shocked at how I was being spoke to. They advise that I escalate the matter. The moral of the story is this bank allows their employees to lack customer service or tact when dealing with customers. Don’t bank with them if you want to have a stress free banking experience.

Terrible credit union. Poor service, lack professionalism. Poor management and underwriting. Would suggest using Mazuma Credit Union, United Consumers, Community America, or any other credit union before giving Alliance your money.

Horrible, racist, not fair, not heard of a financial institution that doesn’t want money. Worst bank ever, doesn’t know how to negotiate, would rather lose money than help clients. Rude ignorant and lack of knowledge when it comes to banking practices.

My family and have been members for over 20 years. The best part about Alliance to us is the personal care we get week after week. Amra is always there to greet us with a smile. We really feel secure with our transactions when working with her, and know she has everything taken care of. Run don't walk - Process of trying to get a financial loan terrible. I am a professional, and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor to obtain a loan. Slow to respond and I had to communicate with them to get a response. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Lots of other options elsewhere.

Always very helpful. I just love Sam glad to see her at the Fenton. She was the first person to ever help my husband and I when we opened the accountWhen it was 1st City. She is very friendly and sweet hope you never lose her as a employee she is good at her job and the best.When I have any problem with the app all I do is call and they help me right away.For some reason it give me a hard time logging in . I have to reset my password every other mouth. Even when I use my finger print it say wrong password. This is one of 2 apps I have trouble with. I just get upset when my load payments are late we are very picky about making sure I pay o time. But if anyone looking for a good Credit Union this is the one I regimen.Thank you all at the Fenton office for everything you all do.Rhonda &John.
