I have been renting a storage unit from here for about 3 years now. Throughout the last year I have had to rent an additional unit or two temporarily for moving my kids from one place to another. The staff is sensational and lovely to deal with. The process of renting and paying is extremely easy. Even my short term rentals were made simple. Accessing your unit is easy as well. I highly recommend this storage facility for long term or short term rentals.

Storage Inn ? in Fenton has a ? great customer service. The front desk lady(sorry I have forgotten your name) is very kind and unsterstanding. She also ? calls and checks in and make sure senda remindirs about my payments. I recommend y'all go rent ? from her. She has deals ? ? going on also. I give Storage Inn in Fenton 5 stars ?.

The second time I've rented here and had great experience. Michael was a great help for me checking in as I tried to do on line but It didn't work and he happily corrected it.
He is knowledgeable, efficient and has a great happy and helpful attitude in his job. Need more people like him. ?

its a great safe and friendly facility. Plenty pf survelance cameras and such but, the 10pm shut down every night is a little rediculous i think. i mean we pay a premium amount yet only are allowed access to our own belongings for a small window of time unless it happens to be your day off. Its never convenient when you work a second shift position between 2pm to 10pm. You sleep the needed hours. Wake up , go to work. Get off work and all the hours you're off tbe place is closed. just sayn...

Needed a storage unit for a few months while we were moving. Setting up from another state was pretty painless. Payment was set up over the phone. They gave me a code and left all my paperwork in the unit with a pen and clipboard. Filled it out and dropped off at the office drop box on my way out. Hopefully I never have to use them again as moving with a family was a major pain. But if I had to do again I’d definitely go this route.
