Not only is their service so awful, their customer service line is a joke. I have been hung up on, lied to, and tossed around for 12 different representatives just to have nothing resolved. I recieced terrible service and was told I would be refunded for all of my inconveniences: spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer service, have a tech to my apartment to "fix" my service, and so much more and now I am being charged an additional amount of money as opposed to being refunded. Note: if you are on hold for 52 minutes with their customer service line the call will end and you will have to start all over. It's a joke, I have no idea how they have stayed in business. How am I supposed to resolve my issue if they can't even bother to answer my call when I've tried to get thru 5 times now. I have succeeded once and the operator "transferred me" and the call ended. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! It is not worth your trouble and you are just paying for boxes to sit in your abode, they will never work properly.
