Nobody answers the phone, and nobody is at the front desk, I waited 30 min and seen nobody, therefore you lost a sale of 2 brand-new Michelin steer tires. I'll grab them somewhere else.

The power came back on truck stop refused to open .. an they had a sign up saying restrooms only for costumers.. you take up half the parking in a truck stop you charge over priced service an then have the right to tell us we can't use the restroom ... get out of the truck stops .. an taking up parking buy your on land .. boycott them an pilots flying j

My professional Review. I Came to get tires replaced or repaired... They said the nails were removed and told me I had no leaks. Let me go on about my day. Everyone in the office was friendly.My Unprofessional Review. This 6ft something, Sam Winchester looking mofo told me I was perfect in everyway and I friggin melted. MELTED y'all ! I froze in real life tho cause I'm a chicken. If life was an adult movie his coworkers would of had a helluva show ?.

Please please don’t waste your time coming here. They have no idea what they’re doing I came here to swap tire they end up broken my tire nots and they put the Jack on my trailer ware brake and broke it. They charged me $315 the lady who works at front desk is very rude she need customer service training, she talked with very unprofessional to customers,I was totally disappointed. The manager is very nice and very welcoming but if he need to get the job done he need to get right people who can get the job done for him.

I stopped in to have an S Cam bushing check out... the dude didn't even know what one was, or have the slightest clue where to look.... ? what the fvk? Total clowns here... they look nice in thier clean uniforms, but that's about it... didn't see a sock of grease on em...
