This is THE WORST gas station I have been to. I live nearby so I get to sample the quality of this establishment on the regular. Pumps are regularly broken, Not kidding I have to try 2 or 3 pumps to get a working one. The staff could not give a rats a$$. They hung up on me the last time I used the call for help button. (My last straw) The pumps when working have an ANNOYING captive audience commercial that plays at top volume while gassing up. Inside the drink center is piss poor quality. Usually dirty, cups empty, the Taco Bell is nasty. The gas side is an after-thought. WAY under-built compared to what was there before this outfit took over. Almost no room for RVs, Light Truck/Trailer Mostly caters to truckers vs. noncommercial drivers. Little to no parking, Travelers Just skip this place if at all possible. There is a QT 9 miles south on 29 and 12 miles north on 29 (being built now as of 2024). Or even the Trex marts in both directions. Just keep driving because this place is the pits.

10/2024: The place was super clean for a truck strop. Showers were ready to go, and shelves stocked. They had just one lady in there and she was working her butt off. She was a sweetheart to the customers. She deserves a raise!

To start off…. There is no perfect truck stop in this nation! This Pilot is very nice. As I walked in ,I was greeted by a young woman and was actually smiling!! ?I tinkered around a bit and noticed it was really clean and well arranged to accommodate the Drivers and other people stopping in to get gas, shop or grab a bite from Taco Bell. The only thing I see wrong is maybe how the route to get in and out of the truck stop. I had to get my 34 hour restart and they do have cheap cigarettes and cold beer and other cold soda, juices, water,milk ETC. overall it was a pleasant stop for myself.

What a joke...one way in and on way out so congested...pull into the fuel pumps and have to make a u turn to get back out....very limited parking...it was much better when Ferris truckstops were here...what a waste...pathetic, worthless

I stopped in here on the way back to St.Joseph after a horrible date in KC. This place has all the perfect stuff! 2 minutes looking around and it was already better than my 3 hour torture date. I watched the hot dogs on the little rolley thing go "round and round" for a bit and then I grabbed some mini donuts and headed home. It was nice!

Fairly new facility. Clean and good showers. Helpful staff in the evening for reserved parking. Lost a star because how on earth does a truck stop NOT have a fax machine?!?
