“Cato is a really family friendly place and the employees are really really nice the only issue is when I went back to get dressed in the dressing room the floor is mirrored and while I was getting dressed my mom was able to see me and I'm not complaining at all it's a really nice business but that is kind of a privacy issue!”

“Went into the store looking for a brand of towels advertised on sale.I have purchased towels online in the past from JCP, but the quality wasn't exactly what I expected, so I wanted to check them out before ordering them.Unfortunately, the selection was very low in the store, so I ended up purchasing bedding and hair care products from the salon.The only register with someone working at it was in the front of the store. The line had 1 cashier and about 8 customers in line.I was parked in the back, so I went back to the salon register to see if I could check out there. No one was working there, but a young lady asked me if I needed any help.I asked if I could check out there, and she informed me that they did not have anyone to work the register.I think she realized what I was thinking. I was going to put the stuff back and leave as I was parked in the back. She then told me that she would check me out. I was very much appreciative and thanked her multiple times, but I would like to say big kudos to her for thinking of the big picture instead of herself. I wish I would have looked at her name tag, but honestly, I was just ready to pay and leave. Too bad we couldn't have more customer service employees like her at other stores!”
