This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Not only was the wait time ridiculous but the girl couldn't even figure out how to run our insurance so we had to pay more and the SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH US. We will NEVER be back here

They notify customers script is ready one day, then when you arrive the following day you're told it'll be another whole day of waiting. VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE

No communication skills. Hung up on me twice . Just trying for 2weeks to get a new prescription filled. Told me it wasn't time for my refill. How funny since its never been filled before. Horrible place !

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are very unfriendly and have no idea what they are doing. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was my last straw. My prescription was supposed to be done at 10 am on 12/10/22. (It was called in on 11/30/22) My husband went to pick it up at 3:30pm on 12/11/22. Once again my prescription was not ready and my husband was treated extremely rude. I called and asked what happened. I was told by the Pharmacist to call my doctor and have my prescription transferred to another Pharmacy because they could not fill it at this time. I hope corporate sees my complaint. I am in a customer service business and no employee that works with me would ever say that to anyone one of our customers. Extremely poor customer service in Farmington!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible wait times for meds, meds not even ready when they say they will be. Careless staff. This location is a joke. Will be changing pharmacies.

Hands down worst in the pharmacy business. Suppose to be a 24 hour pharmacy but that has obviously changed. It's anybody's guess when they'll be open.... Even if you call to find out. If it happens to be open the drive thru is wrapped around the building so you'll easily wait an hour or longer to pick up your meds. It was bad before Covid now it's just down right ridiculous.

My teenage daughter had me take her to your store today to purchase a Fortnite game card. When she went to scratch off the silver layer that covers the numbers, the numbers came off with it. The silver coating is extremely sticky. She called your store and was told nothing could be done.

The staff had no idea what they are doing. I went there for the covid vaccine. The online sign-up for COVID is pointless because they don't use it LMAO, even with signs at their store showing you can use it. You have to do everything over again with registration when you show up. Watching them on the computers typing is the same as watching monkeys playing with the keyboard. At least the monkeys are doing for the purpose of curiosity. These clowns type and type and ask the same question again. After wasting 30 mins of my life waiting. They turned me down with no vaccine shot. And it is in print no one will ever be turned away even if they don't have ID. I was TURNED AWAY I had my passport but wanted a driver's license but don't have one. I'm on Medicare and VA but cant find me on the system. NEVER going to Walgreens again. No wonder this chain is getting replaced by others like CVS and Walmart.

I have been trying to get an answer from someone about my prescription for two days now. They have lied to my doctors office about having the medication in stock and kept me on hold for almost an hour. Horrible customer service and will be taking my business somewhere else.

horrible service !they tell you one thing on the phone and something totally different in person. delivery service is horrible. seriously Walgreens pharmacy get it together. I rarely complain because I understand people make mistakes. but when it happens repeatedly with something as serious as medication it's a real issue!

this is probably the worst walgreens i have ever been to. they only ever have one person working even when there is close to 30 people waiting in line to get meds. they need better and more help

My experience was terrible in pharmacy. Long lines, slow service, no workers. Won’t recommend or go back to that one. Will use the one at Karsch and Washington. Smaller and more customer friendly.

staff is polite and courteous, but Ive been here almost and hour and been in the long line twice and they still don't have my son's meds yet. Everytime I come here I'm here at least a half hour 45 minutes waiting for my prescription, even if it's just a refill.
