Since November of 2023 till the present day my mail is weeks behind. For example, my sister mailed a Christmas card from Fenton mo to Farmington. She mailed it on December 14th 2023. I just received it January 6th 2024. This is getting out of hand. My bills are getting to me late and I'm responsible for the late charges. Something needs to be done!!!

I brought in some packages to be shipped to Florida. I told the guy three different times that it was fine ceramics and very fragile, he looked at me like I had a third eye couldn't understand what I was saying or whatever then he blamed it on a faulty hearing aid but anyway, they took the packages and I can't wait to find out if they actually made it there undamaged he said if I wanted to mark them fragile I could do so on my own but he wasn't about to do it. Typical customer service and a post office the only reason they show up is to get a paycheck they're not there to take care of the customer or the package. I wonder what Ben Franklin would think of today's postal service.

There is a worker there who has zero customer service experience I think her name is pam I saw her throw packages in to the bins don’t take your packages there if you’d like poor service and your stuff thrown around. To top it off she barely talks to customers and rushes you out to take care of the next customer.

These people are pitiful. The older lady is very rude and uncaring. Any kind of problem with service, they blame it on either Covid or the Parks Hills office.We haven't had our mail delivered in days. Don't give me the Covid excuse! When we do get mail, our mail man is always talking on his cellphone. Most people would kill for a USPS lifetime top dollar job so do your job! Absolutely incompetent and uncaring people. Without a doubt, the worst mail "service " that I have had anywhere I have lived.

The tracking information is always down, or very incorrect information as to where your items even are. When you call they don't know anything or let alone be able to locate it. USPS altogether needs to get their ducks in a row. This is horrible, playing games with people's packages. The item I ordered isn't a want it's a need. When you talk to them however it's just excuse after excuse. Horrible service, ill educated, and down right plain rude and need to just quit and work else where. If you talk badly to customers then you obviously don't like your job. So quit save yourself the trouble. But further more find my package and get it to me. A.S.A.P!!!!! You know like when the day you said it would be here. Still waiting.

I stood 40 min to pay for a stamp. The second employee would help a lot to speed up the check out unfortunately USPS has no money. Please sell yourself to UPS.
