Highly recommend. Dr.Z and his staff they were very descriptive of the procedures we need to get done. The environment is very kid friendly as well(Dr Seuss paintings and pages for coloring, etc, which can be very calming.

I absolutely love this dentist office! They’re so caring and understanding with my 3 year old and even allowed him to sit with me to make it easier and more comfortable for him. The staff is very sweet and kind!

I have loved Upward Smiles for the last year that I have been taking my children. Normally I would give 5 stars for their service however on my recent visit to upward smiles I added my son's ADHD diagnosis to his paperwork before the visit. This is a new diagnosis. After having had 3-4 previous cavity fillings at this office with no issues whatsoever, my son had an appt for a cleaning/checkup where they found more fillings. They told me that he would need more fillings, and asked me if I would be alright with sedating him (not just the laughing gas but actually putting him out) for the fillings. I said "No." I feel that is absolutely unnecessary for fillings, especially knowing that he does fine with them. This made me very uneasy and I was told that they would do a "Trial filling" but if it didn't go well I would have to "go elsewhere." I just don't understand how we went from having 3-4 fillings done here with no incident to "We need to sedate him" and "We will do a trial filling and see how it goes." I have to wonder if it was the newly added ADHD on his chart.

My son went for his first ever dental appointment and he's been crying non stop for days now! His lip and the left side of his face were extremely swollen for hours afterwards. Somehow his lip is busted open and I had to take him to the doctor in case of an infection. They say my son needs 4 more appointments for his teeth, but no child should ever feel this way or be in pa8n like this! We even asked the front desk about it when we were getting ready to leave and there was no answers. This is ridiculous.

I love this place and especially hygienist Jessica! She was so caring, sweet and informative I'm so blessed she was there for my son! She made his experience so much easier and soothing! My son has aspergers and turrets and was very scared and Jessica reassured and proved that he was in good hands! Thank u Upward Smiles and hygienist Jessica you all made my sons experience as well as mine an amazingly great time! 11-21-22 since Google won't let me make another review but it was my son's first major procedure and they were great again I'm so impressed with this place and thankful I found them! Great job Dr. Zelasko and all the staff u all are amazing! Thank you

Everyone in this is office is kind and caring. The were really patient with my 2 yr old son and were understanding when he became upset with the exam because he is still understanding how the dentist office works. Will always come here for him and any future child i have.

Fast friendly staff. Good with small children. Patient and understanding. Our granddaughter seems to enjoy going to the Park hills/Farmington office.

If you can take your kids somewhere else then please do! We had to stop going here because they only accept Medicaid which we no longer qualified for and they don’t accept any other insurance which is fine. The problem is that they said my oldest child needed fillings and he absolutely does not. They were going to drill in his mouth to fill in what?? The new dentist we’re taking our kids to did the X-rays and check up and he has zero cavities. Don’t let them take advantage of you. They are a non for profit and get paid for doing dental work.

The worst service today, I have been taking my children for years. They refused to send me paperwork for a person to assist me today and stated they needed me to sign the paperwork in front of them and ID after STILL having to miss work, they did not even ask for ID, I had to call them out on it. I told them they need to get their stuff together because they were extremely difficult and trying to cancel my children's appointment before I was able to find out if I can make it there in time for their actual appointments. So instead of making things easier or smooth going, they decided to make things it extremely difficult! Very unhappy with this place today.

I have to share that I could tell my 14 yr old kiddo was uncomfortable several hours after his visit. The numbness had worn off and he asked for an ibuprofen. About that time a read aloud the notification asking for feedback. He quickly announced :They were Amazing! They couldn't have done a better job!" He gave credit were it was due and said they were kind, patient and he felt respected. Many thanks to the Upward Smiles Farmington team!

My son needed a 6 month check up and I had recently switched his dentist to UpWard Smiles. I absolutely love how great all the staff is especially with my two year old! They were so great and patient with him. I am so happy I switched his dentist to UpWard Smiles. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone with young children!

The staff is so wonderful with my daughter. They take into consideration her anxiety and Asperger’s. Dr. Long is an amazing dentist who clearly cares for her patients.
