Came in from out of town and purchased a souvenir that I couldnt take back on the plane without checking it in due to it being too big. I drove to the closest open UPS Store, which was in Farmington, MO. Jules was the best! She provided excellent customer service and gave me a great price and packaged up my item and got it to my home safely. Thanks for all your help!

I have a personal mailbox at this store. The staff is absolutely wonderful!! Katie the Manager, and her staff always greet me with a smile. I feel like a friend when I walk in here and not just a customer.
Everyone is well trained and work quickly , efficiently and always tell me to have a good day when I leave. Love my UPS!!

Went to UPS in Farmington to return a package to Macys. There were several customers there but the young woman behind the counter was so pleasant and so efficient that no one minded. She never seemed agitated (I would have), just kind and smiling. Not my first time in that UPS store and every time I am impressed by the skills of the behind the counter employee. I think the owners of this store must be pretty good people to have a staff of young people that are all first class employees.
