Kathy has been extremely helpful with my situation. We are traveling for business and needed some items shipped to us, I contacted Kathy and she was more than willing to let us ship the items to her store so we can pick them up. She has been a life saver and I can't thank her enough. It's rare to find customer service like this nowadays. Thank you!

I always have a good experience here. It's my favorite place to ship bc they make it so easy. No box, no shipping label pre-printed, no problem. Email the label and they'll print it for you.

I found Unlimited Mailing Solutions while searching for a local FedEx drop off. To my surprise, they are now located across the street from my work office and I cannot say enough good things about this business. Not only can you drop off packages for FedEx, but also UPS and USPS. They have a very nice store front with supplies and merchandise and the woman who is always working in there is so very friendly and helpful, a breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes these days! I highly recommend this business!!!

Remember how businesses use to take care of their customers about 20-30 years ago, that's exactly how each customer is greeted and tended to!Not to mention she has just about EVERYTHING one person could need. ? ❤It is literally the only place that I know of that offers mailing, shipping, printing, u-hauls, moving dollys, passports, some office supplies etc.

Kathy reached out to me personally through email and has been the most helpful polite woman to have worked with back and forth using the virtual mail service. I could not have asked for a more helpful and informative person to help me throughout this process with the newer technology we are using for our business. I’ve been to this location several times to mail my items. Every time I go in there I have a great experiences for she helps me print and put the labels on my packages! But today (Thursday) specifically I went in there and needed a package delivered by Saturday. She listed a few options for me and also, gave me an idea to try ups to go cheaper. So I went over to UPS and the rates were ridiculous compared to hers. So back over to her I went and and she had it sent out at 1/4 the cost!! Thank you sooo much!!!

During this awful Covid19 pandemonium, I needed a reliable shipping service that was not only open, and using social distancing, but to also assist me with sending not only Easter gifts to my family (that I cannot go see in person), but also handle my grandson's 1st birthday gifts. This place rocked. Not only did she help me pack two packages for my family, but also was very friendly, reasonably priced and best of all, both families received the packages in less than two days. I would recommend this business to anyone.
