They destroyed my new trim and scratched it up everywhere , they installed new head unit and speakers none of which worked correctly I was missing parts I provided they they refused to use mine you it's was was needing (speaker spacer plates , fuses, high end wires I provided) they are an absolute joke Best Buy techs had to rip it all out and redo everything he touched , all wires were connected with electrical type it was horrific please avoid coming here

They were very helpful and informative. They hit a couple of snags when it came to my install (no fault to them) and were very quick to address them with me and find a solution. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for some audio work. And I'm sure I will be back again for an upgrade down the road.

Very unprofessional and would not recommend this place for anyone. I was charged full price for instalation of stereo and backup Camara only to have radio installed and backup camera not . I was never given back the camera and when I made complaint I was told it was forgotten and they would send someone over to install it but sense then all my calls and text have been aggnored leaving me with half a complete job and no return or my property. I am not happy with the services of trendsetters audio..

These guys aren't just skilled enough to install your radio or amp, the actually have the technical knowledge and skills to back it up.When your investing in your system, it only makes sense to trust it to professionals because they will make sure it doesn't get screwed up.These guys are the pros you want on your side and they won't rip you off like the fancy shop guys.I know enough about installing electrical equipment to ask the right questions and they had all the right answers.It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to technical knowledge and these guys did.Thanks so much for your help!

Was at first put off by the drop off/ appointment only policy.But upon realizing that he does his work at night, I gave them a try. He did a great job on the install and even helped track down another electrical problem. Customer service satisfaction is gauranteed.

Worst install I have ever received, I ended up having to call a St Louis shop to come down and install a whole new system...They could not even get my volume controls on my steering wheel to work...Never will I recommend this place....I attached a pic of how my dash was returned to me and also showing my back up camera attached to my license plate with 1 bolt holding it on.

I am driven to provide my experience with this shop... It took over a month to get all the equipment for my "upgrade". then it took FIVE days to do the work. When we picked up the vehicle, the faceplate was not secured and the head unit did not fit the space, screws were found on the floor and a couple more fell out later. The amp was not secured to the floor, the subwoofer was not secured to the vehicle, the back up camera installation was a joke. Not one piece of equipment was professionally installed. The head unit, which was supposed to be a nicer unit, turned out to be some off brand unit that had half the features of the old unit and the steering wheel controls no longer worked. We were told by the owner he would get with his Jeep guy and solve all our issues...1 month later no contact. IF YOU CHOSE TO USE THIS SHOP BE VERY CAREFUL... TRUST me it will be worth your while to go somewhere else.
