After water damaging an iPhone X that had almost a decade of un-backed up data on it (my bad, I know), I was desperate to get my data back somehow, but every local repair shop I took it to / online "data recovery service" scam company I found either told me it was irreparable or would cost literal thousands of dollars and take months. Luckily, I stumbled across a YouTube vid of Jason at STS Telecom repairing a water-damaged iPhone X, and I could not be happier that I did. If you're trying to decide whether it's worth it, or if you trust STS Telecom enough, to ship your precious data across the country, let me be the deciding factor by saying that Jason's service, professionalism, and dedication to returning ALL my data in its entirety to me, is leagues beyond any other company out there. He was extraordinarily responsive throughout every step of the process, and he got my data back to me within a few days of getting the phone! It's tough to find folks like him who genuinely care and are not out to scam you. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you again Jason for committing to getting every piece of my data back to me and working late on my behalf. I was recommended to Jason after calling around to iPhone repair shops after Apple turned me away from a critical error and internal moisture damage to my iPhone 11 pro. (Apple loop). Worst of all, my phone wasn't backed up and I was potentially losing 3 years of photos near and dear to me. After about 10 calls out to random shops and pretty much giving up … a shop near my home in Wisconsin said to call this guy who referred to him as a "wizard" down in Florida … which was good enough for me. I created a work order and sent my phone into Jason and the rest is history. I can't say enough about STS Telecom and principal owner, Jason. He goes out of his way to answer questions and is a delight to work with. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I cant emphasize enough how thankful I am that someone recommended STS to me. My phone randomly wouldn't turn on one day and I didn't have a full backup of my data so I would've lost the voice memos my mom left for me before she died this year. Jason at STS was wonderful throughout the entire process and he fixed my phone and got my data in just 1 day!! Apple had told me that theres nothing that can be done to fix it and I had to get a new phone, yet Jason was able to fix it so quickly. He was very responsive throughout the process and gave me updates on how the phone was doing, and everything went so flawlessly. His services were also MUCH MUCH cheaper than the typical big companies which charge thousands of dollars and take months to fix something..

Dropped my iPhone into the ocean while on vacation. Would not charge after drying out. Had very important photos that had not been backed up. Sent the phone to STS Telecom for recovery and had my phone, photos as well as an email and thumb drive of all of my photos back in less than a week. I can’t recommend them enough! Well worth the money I spent to have my memories back. I have him saved in my contacts now “just in case”!

After a couple of messages, Jason cautioned the repair I wanted might not be the best thing to do. I explained why I wanted it done, and he went ahead and did the repair. STS has a very efficient and transparent job logging system that helped get the job done quickly. I was initially reluctant to sent my cell all the way across the country for repair. I needn't have been concerned. I highly recommend Jason and STS.

Totally exceeded expectations in terms of price and what they were able to salvage from the phone. Great service and felt trustworthy knowing they have a popular youtube channel as well.

I had a problem with my iPhone X turning off every 3 minutes after I performed a rear housing swap. I messaged informing him of my problem and he used his knowledge to give me a awesome straightforward answer which helped me! Great person and great company!
