Avoid premier tire and automotive. They have a nice shop but have screwed me twice, once they broke both of my headlights after I told them NOT to remove them, they offered to find me some I could buy from a salvage yard, after they were the ones that broke them. Second time they charged me for and rotated my tires when I brought my Jeep in for an alignment AFTER I told them I already I rotated them and it still pulled to the left. Didn't even bother going back.

The lady behind the desk ( owner I was told) immediately became hateful and irritated because thier finance company informed me I could go to another local retailer to get approved because I leary of putting my info on the phone. The gentleman was very nice and great communication said we could call to see how it could be done. The information thier financing company gave me was wrong and I know people make mistakes. The mistake was one thing but how this company acted was uncalled for. Instead of being professional she was mad because I was on one of thier phones talking to fiance company and made it quite clear she was mad. I left and will take my 1000.00 dollars somewhere else. Very unprofessional do not waste your time or money on rudeness on unappreciated business. Not everyone is up on this new age paying system. If you have someone leary be respectful help ensure them it is safe.

I bought my car in November of last year. I have taken my car here due to it being what my warranty covers. I’ve taken my car here almost every other month for big fixes and everytime they tell me they’re going to go over my whole vehicle to make sure nothing else is wrong. And guess who’s had to come back every other month. I’ve also had instances where I’ve picked it up and it start smoking and having problems within 5 minutes of leaving there. Apart from that I’ve gotten some rude people over the phone when asking an estimate time of being done after not hearing from them in days when being told they’d call me. Worst service I’ve ever had. Definitely won’t be going back any longer.

Horrible experience. I hadn't been there and almost a year. And I realized now that I should have never went back I had worked done there and I was told my car would be under coverage for 2 years. Had the front end worked on at least 10 to 15 times By premiere and never could get it right. That was when it was under coverage by car mart Not including my own money that I put in there but anyways, I had them look at my car today and I went to pick it up and they said they were gonna charge me $30. I have never been charged to have a car. Looked at by mechanic shop that done the own work on It too begin with. They were incredibly rude and very unprofessional. I will never take my car back there again. None of the good employees work there no more. I guess they quit or moved on
