Went to the service desk 3 times to ask for help. Stood in the screw and bolt aisle for a good 20 minutes waiting for someone to come that they had supposedly called. They were not even busy. Finally left. Went to Menards will get 11% off.

Horrible service for installation of washer ! Cut hose. Messed up valve, water pouring downstairs, installer said call a plumber! If they didn't know what they were doing. Should not have touched. We have no water now to even use toilets! Wth? . Managers and customer service are worthless. Never use them again! Now trying to find plumber WE have to pay for!!

My complaint is about the skinny man with a scraggly beard working in the tool department. He was "wearing"His mask under his chin. I understand not everyone is going to wear a mask but he was coughing a lot and not even covering his mouth! I thought he would at least put his mask on when he walked up to people, but no!!I was so disappointed by this. I consider Lowe's a fairly safe place to shop, but no longer.
