Beware seniors with easy retirement poverty level incomes. I've filed same exact way through a tax preparation company sinse I retired at age 62.I am 66 now and I have always paid $75 because it is so simple.Jackson Hewitt charged me $139 for less than 4x I usually get FOR a refund on my retirement and part time job.Then I'm told how much of a discount I got it was suppose to be $80 more. This place is a total scam for seniors.Im sure they rake everyone else over the coles as well. Shame on this shady tax prep

Agents are very knowledgeable, they ask if you have any questions through each step of the process. If you do have questions they answer them and explain them so that you understand. They don’t try to talk to you like you are a tax agent also , but as an every day person. This is probably my 15th year, if not more, that I have used Jackson Hewitt and I will continue doing so! Thank You!!!
