Awesome worker and staff and they don't take their sweet time they do fast and carefully and safety and they automatically let Thier client know and ask them if they want to add or replace and you get free tire for years at no cost expect the other tires you will have to pay but it is not that expensive at all my mom got her one tires replace for free and other tire only cost 165 and they told my mom that when she get tire replace it is FREE

After day or 2 to reflect. DISCOUNT TIRE started out making a difference. I was so disappointed afterwards. The girls that greeted you and made your visit enjoyable were gone. Manager baited me in and jumped estimate 300%. It was disheartening. They are just like all the other Corporate stores now. I will not fall for it again. There are independent owned shops. I will use them.
BEWARE!
I called ahead. I was very clear of what work I wanted done. I was quoted a price. I brought my tires with me and talked to the same guy that I talked to on the phone. He UPPED the price he quoted on the phone from $88 to $240. I was shocked. I had been doing business there since they first opened the store in Farmington. I'm at Wal-Mart now having my tires switched.

Amazing customer service! Had just myself and my two young boys and believe it or not, they seen I was parked for a few mins messing with the kids so a man came out and agreed to take care of the tires, they let me pull up on the bumper things, did everything while we were in the car and the baby napped .. I was very thankful. I'm typically a very nervous person but their environment is friendly enough to be calm and collected with the two kids by myself to get a tire rotation done. Thanks again I'm impressed 👍

The sell you a tire package and tell you it covers everything under the sun just to sell it you have a problem they can’t patch and it all of a sudden not covering more than one tire supposedly road hazard is not covered! Took me months to get my money back out them will never use them
Again! The also sell alinements and they aren’t a true alinement!

I made an appointment the day before. They got my car in and out in about 45 minutes. I waited for it but should have gone next door to the Starbucks. I smelled like a tire shop all day. That said, they did a good job and were very courteous.
