The cashier was sitting on her butt and told me and several others to use the self checkout instead of waiting on us. One guy walked out with what was in his cart without paying for it!

Call a prescription in to be filled friday on Monday morning. Friday morning rolls around and it still isn't done or it's out of stock. What do these people even do!?

The cvs app said my prescriptions would be ready at 6:33 pm. When I showed up the pharmacy told me it wasn’t ready. Now the app says tomorrow. Horrible customer experience.
