I bought an l 3901 tractor off of them back in november of last year and I have not looked back since.

“We didn't buy a vehicle from Auffenburg, we actually sold them our car. Texted and set up a time to come by with Ethan, the sales rep, who introduced us to Barry, the general manager. Barry looked at our vehicle, offered a very fair purchase price, and in 45 minutes, we were on our way, deal done.
There was no B.S., no "lowballing". Both Ethan and Barry were super nice and a pleasure to meet and do business with.

“We had a gas leak on my car and it was shaking at idle. Went to my mechanix in Farmington, they told us they couldn’t fix it. It took them a week to say that.At KP, we brought it to them and they replaced the fuel pump, and something else. It runs good as new! No gas smell!”

I arrived at 8 a.m., and the young man who put the tires on was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They gave me a great price on my steer tires. “I love writing reviews, good and bad. But let me tell you, the staff at Pettus Automotive went above and beyond to help fix my truck. Jeff Elliott and Nathan Hatfield are great, they helped get a plan together to get my truck fixed perfectly in a quick manner as well. Heather and Hannah, those girls are so busy but always took the time to be friendly, kind and courteous when I called in. Heather especially having to deal with that stupid warranty company. Also, while my truck was there, I had them add the trailer brake controller and front differential. Steve in parts was awesome, I'm sure Bill helped out as well. And I have to save the best for last, Weezer did a killer job on getting my baby back on the road. Weezer probably wont remember me but I remember him and Jeff from over 30 years ago back at Parker Banks, they were a great duo back then, Pettus is lucky to have them.

I showed up, the guy at the counter was friendly and helpful and got me set up, and in less than 45 minutes, his crew was done with my car.
