We didn't buy a vehicle from Auffenburg, we actually sold them our car. Texted and set up a time to come by with Ethan, the sales rep, who introduced us to Barry, the general manager. Barry looked at our vehicle, offered a very fair purchase price, and in 45 minutes, we were on our way, deal done.
There was no B.S., no "lowballing". Both Ethan and Barry were super nice and a pleasure to meet and do business with.
When we decide to buy another vehicle, we will definitely go back to Auffenburg.

I went to service today with a problem with my ac drove into service so I could get it repaired under warranty for them to ask if I made appointment and refuse to do anything. You just lost a customer and my family business.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and patient. All our questions were answered and the salesman showed us all the vehicle options we wanted to see before deciding which truck we wanted to purchase. The Service Department at Auffenberg Chevrolet in Farmington is excellent. Scheduling an appointment is easy and from the moment you pull in and are met by a Service Advisor at your car you get superior service. They always take the extra step: making sure your car is washed or keeping your informed every step of the way and even giving you a loaner car if it’s going to be a couple hours. I recommend this place to everyone! I even drive by another Chevy Dealership on the way to this shop because I like it so much!

John was very friendly and helpful. He even brought the cabin and air filters into the waiting room to show me their condition and left it up to me to decide if I wanted them to be replaced or not. A pleasant experience.
