We took our farm truck in and they did an outstanding job! Grant the owner called and went through all the findings (which was a lot on an old truck) and had pricing information for each item listed. We discussed each finding in detail and decided what to repair. They were not pushy at all or made me feel obligated or pressured. I highly recommend this repair shop! Prices are very fair and the workmanship and communication is outstanding. We will be referring everyone to Nelson's. Thank you Nelson's for being a great business!

Check engine light came on. Shop seems to always be very busy, but the owner came out to run the diagnostics ---- took 15 minutes or so - problem with check engine light was likely due to my wife not tightening the gas cap at fill up. Owner just shook my hand and said, "you don't owe me anything for the analysis". Also, office manager at the desk was very courteous and helpful. Very impressed with my first visit - I'll be back.

New to the area and issues with my car I love. Was hesitant, because I don't know hardly anyone here. Mike's in Collins recommended them. Grant the owner personally oversaw the work, because the diagnosis was different. My vehicle was fixed and Grant even took a test drive with me to make sure. Price was very reasonable and will be returning and recommending.

I had a minor accident early this morning on my van on the way to Springfield. Mama skunk and 2 babies tore up the valance (skirt) under my front bumper. In no time at all, I was back on the road with the noisy damaged piece back in place. Wonderful service! Highly recommend! Thank You!
