The lady who took my package seemed like she hates her job and I was an inconvenience to her day. Also she threw my package across the room into a bin "oh well not her package right" Do better next time!

We routinely have our meds delivered by mail and have never had a refill lost in the mail. Any packages that arrive via USPS are left in the designated package receptacle and have never been lost. Even during the pandemic and in bad weather, these folks still do their job. If they don't feel like being friendly, I don't begrudge them that. If you have ever worked "for the public" you understand that some of us are whiners and complainers, and there is no sense in wasting your energy on folks like that.

This post office constantly returns my packages to sender. We only have a PO Box and no physical mail receptacle at our house. I use the physical address as well as the PO Box on anything I order since I never know if it's going to be shipped by USPS or UPS/Fedex. It never fails that if my package ends up shipping to USPS or transferring to them for delivery they will try to deliver it and then put it on a shelf for "no mail receptacle" packages and then return it to sender. I can't imagine they get thousands of packages like this in a day. Can we not just look at the name and see if that person has a PO Box to put the mail in? It's frustrating!

Waited in lobby 10 minutes past the posted opening time just to be told by a carrier that no one was coming in to open.

Some tmes they deliver my mail and sometimes they don't. I was expecting a package and they didn't even come to my house. I had outgoing mail and it has been there for over 24 hours waiting to be picked up.

The absolute worst mail people. They keep saying they can’t deliver my packages or my mail because “my mail box is down”. My mail box was down for two days. We fixed it over a week ago. They are still saying they can’t bring me my mail or deliver my packages. I’m assuming it’s laziness. ?

I just experienced horrible service in regards to an employee’s attitude. The conversation began professionally and pleasant and deterred quickly due to her speaking over me nonstop and refusing to provide a solution for a responsible, tax-paying customer. I live in the country with an outside country dog. For years and years, there has never been an issue delivering packages. Now, they say they’re not required to if a dog is out. I understand a strange dog can be unnerving. Obviously, however, we would not intentionally leave a dangerous dog out when we knowingly are expecting packages. They offered pickup which is impossible when I work the same hours they are open. My job does not enable for me to make that happen. Thus, this is why I order packages for delivery often. On a side note, they have refused to leave them in a posted delivery bin and have left them out multiple times to be destroyed. Delivering mail and packages properly is THEIR SOLE JOB, RIGHT???!!!!!

All of a sudden after years...we were told we have to put our dog up to get a package delivered. Same dog for the past three years. Friendliest black lab around. We have UPs and FedEx deliver all the time with never an issue. Heck the UPS guy throws his tennis ball he brings him every time he comes. We have had MANY contractors showing up on our property for the past year to build our house. Never an issue. Everyone loves our dog. He isn’t mean and his tail wags all day everyday. I would trust him with my newborn baby. I called to talk to the “supervisor” Alecia about this issue and she was terribly rude. I have live And been around fair grove since 1989 and always thought we has great community. I sure wish our mail people acted like they care about customers in our town. The UPS and FEdEx people are far friendlier and provide a much higher level of service.

This post office has horrible service! Last year my meds were lost. After trying to be patient with them and hope they would be found every time I talked to them I got a different story. It was one lie after another. I had to pay for my meds twice and will never have mail order service on meds again because of them. Last week I shipped a package and after it showing never being scanned in after 2 days after the drop off, I had to call them. Amazingly they found it and scanned it in. Same thing today, I shipped a package and had to call them because they dont answer the bell for a drop off DURING open hours. Do not like this post office at all. Im an essential worker myself, so I understand the stresses. No excuse, no excuse at all. On top of all this, they are rude. A smile once in awhile would be nice.
