“I popped by the UPS store on Kearney after a long day. I was expecting an excruciating slog until an absolute queen named Ryley took care of my needs, saving me time and money, all while helping multiple customers simultaneously. She was working by her self. Give that queen a raise. Give her two raises. It must be done.”
“Estes is a good place to work for my husband. The terminal manager Brad is very personable and fair. His fellow employees are all hard workers and work as a good team. My husband enjoys working here!”
“The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful! I had an issue with my mail not being delivered, and they personally called me and resolved the issue. I don't dread going to the post office like I used to.”
“We routinely have our meds delivered by mail and have never had a refill lost in the mail. Any packages that arrive via USPS are left in the designated package receptacle and have never been lost. Even during the pandemic and in bad weather, these folks still do their job. If they don't feel like being friendly, I don't begrudge them that. If you have ever worked "for the public" you understand that some of us are whiners and complainers, and there is no sense in wasting your energy on folks like that.”
