We had a situation at the field today, I called Ryan to inform him of my situation and within no time, Lee showed up, we assessed the situation, came up with a plan and in 20 min or so we were fixed up and ready to run. Thanks for the quick response time.

Good+ experience with these guys. Experienced a delay with my tow but they were very good about keeping me informed. I was also thankful for the driver paying extra care not to damage my vehicle when onloading/offloading.Service: Car towing

Would never ever recommend this company. Picked up equipment from the lot in Elmira. The equipment had been damaged during the tow (we were not able to see it until after papers were signed and paid). After calling, they were not at all willing to help make the situation right. They denied any responsibility. Customer service over the phone and in person was horrible. Just feeling very disappointed in this experience especially considering it’s a small town company. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

The best towing experience I’ve ever had. When my truck ran out of fuel, I couldn’t get it to run again and I was going to have to tow it. They were on scene in no time and able to get me going. Huge shout out to Shoemaker Tow they were fantastic between doing a couple lock outs for me and towing a vehicle long distance for me they were in contact the whole time very nice, EFFICIENT and and there prices won’t kill you. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.
