The service is always great, done in a reasonable amount of time and the service desk is always very helpful in explaining the work that is being done on your vehicle or work that needs to be done on your vehicle.

The entire staff was tentative to my questions and needs. The EV I purchased did not come with even a Level 1 charger. The Sales and Service staff made sure that I got a Level 2 charger at no cost to me. Austin and Robbie, I can’t thank you enough for the support.

I took my 2017 Cascada in due to a known issue affecting the PCV valve. GM had sent an urgent bulletin to all dealerships in September 2020 that explained the defect and stated that all repairs will be covered. This bulletin only listed the 2016 Cascadas. This issue clearly affects the 2017 and 2018 Cascadas as well as it is well documented on numerous message boards. I was informed that since my car was a 2017, the repair would not be covered. That is not right when the exact issue, including the replacement part number 100% matches the exact information on my invoice and the bulletin. There should have been a recall for ALL Cascadas and this repair should have been covered. I have provided all documentation to Buick and your dealership. Buick offered me 50K rewards points. What good is that? I paid $2201.33 out of pocket and that is what should be reimbursed by GM. I was advised to take it to the BBB since no one with GM, Buick or your dealership would help me. This is down right shameful!

I purchased a used 2017 Ford F150 from Terance Echols on May 4, 2024. He was polite, direct, and did NOT play any games (unlike other dealers). Exactly how I want my salesman to behave. The price was fair and did not include extra fees and add ons. On June 8, 2024, the truck had a very minor problem. I called Terance, he passed me to Tim Trader, the store mananger. Tim called and scheduled a service appointment. On June 12, 2024, Chris Casey called and stated the truck was fixed at NO COST to me. Everyone was really nice and polite. There was no arguing or fighting me. They just handled the repair professionally. Great job to Terance, Tim and Chris for being honest and professional!!!!!!!!
