Chris And Tim and Jessica were all very upfront and honest and didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t want and the best part this dealership doesn’t charge over MSRP no matter what. I really appreciated the relaxed attitude and atmosphere of Roberts Robinson Buick dealer. Tom my salesman was very approachable and friendly. Upon meeting and discussing a Buick Envision, for my wife, he said take it home to her…let her drive it. That’s all it took for me to know I had chosen the right dealer. I found a truck on their lot and called to see if the truck was still available. It was, so I asked what the best price I could get over the phone. No one got back to me for hours when I was told I'd get a call right back. I finally called back and they said they had an appointment for someone else to see the truck and I'd have to wait till after to get a price. Still no response. It's almost as if they don't want to sell the truck. Worst dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Chris and Kelly were horrible to work with. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
