Only stopped here out of desperation twice. Repeatedly incorrect pricing marked. Have brought to their attention on several occasions, "must be old signs". It was old last time, and the time before. Manager, or lead, or whatever her title might be - is disrespectful to the frontline workers in front of customers. Seems to be a top down issue - frontline worker was pleasant, hopefully she chooses to find employment elsewhere. Pathetic place.

Needs better management in the store and and from what I heard the Manger of the store tell employees if paying in cash there's a discount but debit card payers pay full price and a extra fee for using cards and not cash

Recently on my way to Kansas City interstate 35 south was closed due to poor weather conditions. I called the station that didn’t have one car in the parking lot and asked if I could park in the lot as trucks were starting to overflow on the side of the road that I was parked on because 35 was closed. The woman who answered the phone told me that I could not park there in the most rudest way possible. She literally said “NO” in this disgusted fashion.The other commenters are spot on As the person answering the phone was very rude and has no business dealing with people in the first place.

The purple haired girl is incompetent at working by herself overnight. I walked up with 2 12 oz redbulls. Door says 2 for 5.33. It rang up to 7.04 or something like that. I said geez tax must be high around here..... ahe says no 3.25$ a piece and .48$ in tax. I said hmm door says 2 for 5.33. She smiles and says ill tell management. And smiled so i said you just get extra money tonight huh?.?.?. Two star rating. Only because at least they where open. Id rather drive the extra miles to go to QT

Best pizza friendly staff on my way out of town love this gas station been coming here for years I honestly would rather travel out of town to go to poor boys in Mosby versus any other gas station in Excelsior Springs

I wish I could leave zero stars. I've only been inside maybe 2 times my entire life, but both times the place seemed gross and dirty. But the thing that REALLY turned me off from this place was the fact that my infant child was being taken by ambulance from daycare in Excelsior Springs to Children's Mercy. I got the call when I was at work, in Kansas, and by the time I reached Pour Boy, I saw the ambulance with my daughter in it and my husband driving behind. He pulled into Pour Boy real quick and I jumped in his truck and we continued to follow the ambulance, leaving my vehicle at the gas station. When we returned a few hours later on our way home with our child, we stopped to get my car. They had put a note on my window that was threatening to tow my vehicle. A vehicle that had not even been there for more than 3 hours. Granted, I didn't go inside and explain to them my situation before just leaving my vehicle, but after reading some of the other reviews, it wouldn't have done any good. I could see the threatening note if the vehicle looked like it'd been stolen or had been there for several hours/days, but it hadn't been. Compassion goes a long way!

Cashier yelled at me for not having a face mask on. Forgot it in my car. I get you have to folliow the rules set up by the county but you really need a better way to enforce it then yelling at customers. No need for that at all

Had to use the restroom and they were closed in the middle of the day for "updates". I've worked at a 24 hour has station and you don't close the store in the middle of the day, you don't even close it. You do updates at 2 am when there's no business and if someone comes in you politely ask them to wait while your register updates. They really made me mad, the manager deserved to be hit the way he said it. I thought he was joking. Bad place in the first place, never stop here. Disgusting. 0/5 stars if I could.
