Worst dealer experience I've had in a long time. They don't seem to understand how car buying/selling works which tracks for a Dodge dealer. There's no negotiation considered and prices are well above KBB. Don't waste your time with Andre Black or Martine Garcia, 20% over fair market is what they expect you to pay. The car market has contracted back to normal but these clowns think it's 2021 still and they can gouge people. Buy elsewhere.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Heartland Jeep, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had the pleasure of working with Red, who provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. He genuinely worked with his dealership to get me the best possible deal.
Even though I live three and a half hours away, Red made the buying process incredibly easy. We handled everything over the phone, and when I arrived to pick up the car and sign the papers, everything was ready to go. They were very fair with my trade-in and offered a great price on the new vehicle.
I’m thrilled with my purchase and will definitely do business with Heartland Jeep again. Highly recommend!

Everyone at heartland Chrysler Dodge was very kind and supportive of me. I hate making bills but they coach me through it just fine. I felt like they dealt fairly with me. Which is very important nowadays since a lot of people aren't fair! After checking around I felt like they had the best deal for me.

Overall positive experience with this dealership,Andre the salesman very easy to work with,not pushy like alot of salesman,my vist with the branch manager went very well,didn't give me a big run around he explained where he was at on the deal and why, greatly appreciated the conversation, it allowed myself and my wife to make our decision,the finance officer was very knowledgeable and easy to work with,which made the transaction go very smoothly,I would of given 5 stars but I just never rate any business that way,overall I would recommend purchasing from this dealership.
