The owner said my nails were too long for my job today.
Every time I'm there, I'm told I look tired. The appointment times are not respected if a walk in comes in before you.

Requested style: I asked for a somewhat difficult design and she freehanded the whole thing, seriously impressive!

I saw Amy for a dip powder removal and re do on my real nails. She did an excellent job. Trimmed to the correct length, perfect almond shape, clipped my cuticles well, and also did lotion. I got dip powder in 2 colors and then she hand painted flowers and butterflies. She did awesome on the designs. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the towels I used to dry my hands after washing before they put on the top coat had tons of lint. So, I did end up with a little bit of lint in the nail, but she got it fixed. Next time I will just dry them with a paper towel instead.

Super relaxing. Emily did a great job. Massage was perfect. Like music selection.very clean. Lavender lotion so nice.

I used this salon on 3 different occasions, at no time did they treat my cuticles after asking for a manicure.
I tried dip powder as suggested, it was my first try with dip powder, my nails are now thin and brittle. I did not experience this with gel polish.
I don't like sneaky business tactics that include not trimming cuticles in order to use less polish to get the customer back in sooner.
I will not be returning to this salon.

I went in the other day after work, and 4 of the employees were napping. Each in their own little corner of the store in the pedicure chairs. I thought they were closed at first. They didn’t budge the whole time I was there.
The girl who did my nails did a sloppy job. She left polish all over my cuticles that I had to get off when I got home. There’s also a lot of texture on my nails from the paint brush. She also spilled nail polish remover all over my lap. Accidents happen, but she didn’t apologize and I had to ask her for a towel to wipe myself up. It ended up staining my work pants.
The owner came up to check on me, then shortly after laid down for a nap himself. I saw him creep in the room where they wax eyebrows. Turned the lights off and curled up on the little bed. The door was wide open where I could see him
Such a bizarre experience and unprofessional. I felt like I was the crazy one for not taking a snooze too. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

I went to this salon a week ago and I was impressed. They had my nails and toes done in just over an hour. One person worked on my feet while the other worked on my nails. It was awesome how efficient they were and everything turned out beautifully. I will be going back.

Did a wonderful job on my nails, I got exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment in the second I got there they got me in a chair and started working. The staff was very kind and held a good conversation while I was having my nails done.
