This laundromat is filthy. The floor, the top of the equipment, the inside of the equipment. All the washers are dirty inside and reek of mildew. Our dryer wouldn’t take more than 15 minutes of quarters. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

As stated in other reviews, the big load machine I used washed & washed. It didn't seem to rinse, & it did NOT spin. My comforter was left sopping wet which resulted in a big puddle of water when I transferred it to another smaller machine. That machine cost an additional $4+ not to mention the extra time it took to go thru all cycles. I was there 2 1/2 hrs & spent a total of $11.15 to complete washing & drying 1 comforter. There is no tape to secure a note to the money eating machines & no mop or paper towels to wipe up the puddles that the faulty machines cause. My heart goes out to the people who have to use this laundromat on a regular basis. The owner should be ashamed. At the very least, permanent notes should be placed on the machines that don't work properly.

Its hot. But the machine did a good job fast. Dried in 30 min. I was out of there in less than a hour for king size comforter and softey blanket. Cost $9.25

Rather than making things worse with a nasty review I would like to extend an offer of help, perhaps that is what is needed.

This place is going to be sued for child abuse. A woman from a next door business came charging over screaming at my ten year old for riding the metal ride on toy he actually paid for with his own quarter, refused to speak to me (his parent) then literally pushed passed me to leave inba hiff. This woman literally cursed at my children! Definitely reporting this business and left with our wet clothes to go to Lawson for drying because at least there they don't abuse children right in front of the parent. Can't wait to meet with the attorney and chamber.

It’s quite interesting. This location has several machines closed. I asked the neighboring businesses for a phone number and no one seems to have that. I Google the phone number for the laundry mat and I get easy with an easy loop was also the same location that I asked for a phone number. This sounds like a really big scam. No one needs to use this facility. About 15 minutes after going and visiting the neighbor to businesses looks like a shop foreman come over and see what’s the problem with a real attitude issue.Any location of his problems with this needsInvolve Excelsior Springs business bureau.

Customers lose money in washer, lost $8. No one to call. Washer do not spin out all the way. Washer door won't close. Owner does not keep up maintenance on washer or dryer. What a rip off. Corporate greed of one.

This place has really gone down hill. Went in today & the top loading machines had bugs in them. One was a GIANT beetle. Probably won’t be back.

Seriously needs more of the pay range options on the dryers.. because the big one is awesome but usually in use.

It’s alright as far as laundromats go, the PayRange option on some of the washers is useful. But the opening hours could use some work- why limit them so much as this is such a great resource for homeless people who need to wash their clothes or people who don’t have access to washing machines at home?

Place is FILTHY washed the table 4 times still not clean. 2 washers wouldn't take money. One took $2.50 but wouldn't take the last .50 it needed. Of the 3 I got to work, 2 loads came out dripping wet. This is a JOKE IF YOU WANT CLEAN CLOTHES

Strike two on my quest to find a satisfactory laundromat! Upon entrance, I discovered that byou have to pull the doors out to get in; most laundromats have doors that swing both ways to make getting in the place, carrying your dirty duds, easy. The whole place was dirty and humid. Several machines smelled and had leftover debris in them including a drowned roach! If I wasn't so desperately needing to do laundry I would have left. Instead, I soldiered on. Two of the three machines I utilized seemed to work alright but I wanted to personally contact and complain to a real person over the third. When the load finished I could still see suds in the door (almost 20 minutes later I am taking a picture because they're still visible). Upon removing my soaked clothes, I had to wring them out by hand before attempting to dry them. I probably should have rewashed them in another machine, sans soap, but I am also low on money so it'll have to do for now. I can't wait to leave! That is, if I can manage to get out of the dinosaur, pot-hole-ridden, warzone that never gets repaired because of a stupid vendetta against the local library by whoever owns the drive!
