Great! I called him after 3 different companies were schedule to show. 2 called within their appt time just to say they don’t service our area and the third company showed and told me I need to get all new equipment. Frank set time for 6 pm and called around 2:00 to let me know he completed his job earlier than expected and one of his appts cancelled. So, he was able to get to my house the next day of my orig call. He fixed the problem I called about in abt 10 minutes and he noticed that I had a bearing on shaft that was in the wrong place. He was able to fix my issue and also a problem that I was not aware of in a short amount of time. His price is really fair. I will definitely save is number in my contacts Incase I have any problems with my garage doors in the future.

Since this is rare in this day and age, the following statement says it all! Frank followed up on his word! He did everything that he said he was going to do and at a fair price! Once again Frank saved the day. We called him to install garage doors 5 years ago for us, had an issue with a spring this year and called him again, within days he had it fixed and working beautifully again. 5 years and he still remembered us. He was so professional, very reasonable priced, and EXTREMELY prompt in returning calls and getting the job done. Seriously if you need garage doors or a repair to garage doors you'd do yourself and wallet a huge disservice if you don't call Frank first. Frank will be our garage door guy for as long as we own a house. THANK YOU Frank and Tabitha.

Frank did a great job for us! He answered our calls every time we called him. From the first time we called needing a spring fixed he took care of it that day. Ordered garage doors from him and they came in the time frame he said. The doors where installed the day he picked them up. The jewelry (what I call the metal pieces) were on back order but were put on with in a week. I understand things come up and sometimes hard to get parts but for us everything worked out great! Love our new doors they look awesome! Thanks Frank

Customer service was great, and the installation looked good, however when we had a carpenter replace some termite-eaten trim boards around the exterior of the garage door, he discovered that the entire garage door framing was termite eaten to the point where it wouldn't hold over time. There is no way Brocato's didn't see this during the install, in fact they used some wider than original boards to cover it up. They should have mentioned it to us so it could be fixed properly before the door was installed.

Frank was quick to respond when I needed repairs, so when I needed new doors, I naturally requested his bid. It was supplied quickly, was the best price and was accurate. (no unexpected add-ons). The installation was flawless, complete and the area was left spotless. I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend Brocato's Overhead Door without reservation.
