I have called this establishment on several Different occasions and never once have I Got answered. I’m sure they’re a good shop, but it’s kind of hard to get clients when you can’t Pick up a phone.

Beacon Tire goes above and beyond to help my family out with our numerous vehicle issues. Two of our vehicles are pre-2000, so they have special needs. Where some mechanics wanted to charge well over $3,000 for a repair, the owners of Beacon kept the repair under $1,000. I can't thank them enough.

When I picked my jeep up I noticed it wasn't driving right over a thousand dollars later. I was told yeah we couldn't get the REQUIRED PARTS so we used something else but don't worry it's safe. I was not given a call about them using wrong parts because they couldn't find the right parts or I would have went elsewhere. Now I need to go have it done RIGHT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WOW ! LEAST YOU CAN DO !
