Took my Stihl backpack blower in to get repaired under warranty in January and it took them 8 months to get it fixed.

Westlake has a paint supervisor who was able to do what Home depot, Lowes and a couple other couldn't. He made a black primer. Was told impossible but he did it. Took his time , was very knowledgeable, kind and well mattered, courteous to me and his fellow employees. It was a pleasure to be able to havehis assistance.

We went to get paint today and found the manager to be rude and condescending. Questioned us on the paint. Spoke of his knowledge and that others are not as qualified. Rude on all aspects of what we wanted and said he want d to make a bet that we were wrong on our choice. Too cocky and forgot that we were customers and only to belittle us and the employees
