I am not mechanically inclined. I went to the store with a flat tire. The technician that helped me did not inform me, that with all wheel drive you should replace all 4 tires. So now I have a huge bill at another service center, because of lack of information. When I called the store,to tell them they should inform people. The manager stayed I should know about my car,I should have read the manual. I don't believe I was rude ,bit felt like he treated me like an idiot.They are not professional in any way.I would have bought all 4 tires had I been informed properly.

Horrible service, took and hour plus for them to switch a new tire to my rim and they didn’t even have to put it back on the car. Watched the man switching it over walk around and talk and stop doing his job multiple times. Balancing and switching a tire should not take an hour 30 minutes. Plus waiting for other tire in front of mine and this took just as long. Someone needs to get in they’re mechanics here

I and my Dog were well served with respect, sympathetically accommodated and treated with gracious, generous courtesy helping address my physical mobility difficulties from low back pain as a result of my low back injury and unsuccessful surgery. Their kind, exceedingly helpful, friendly staff, over the past 2 days, 4 hours each day, assisted me and kept my spirits up while I suffered alarming physical pain and physical difficulties while the technicians struggled replacing the tires on my vehicle due to an unfriendly engineering design that made the common maintenance process of changing tires overly difficult. But with much cooperation and determination by their technicians they persevered, in this Missouri oppressive heat and suffocating humidity and completed installing the new tires on my vehicle. There are some individuals of the staff that deserve special mention. I hope I will later be able to edit this review to be able to add their names. Also, almost every customer that sat in that waiting room, talked with me and gave my Dog special, kind attention, also deserve a shout out for their kind conversation, attention and assistance. From a retired ASE Certified Master Automobile Service Technician and ASE Certified L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist, this Automotive Service Team deserves my recommendation. From what I have observed spending the past 2 days with these folks, I believe, as a local Automobile Maintenance Service Facility, this team will help keep your vehicles running safely and efficiently. I watched them work with many customers just to make them happy, Just make sure to communicate your needs and expectations and voice your concerns. They did a good job of fixing my tire. But the online qr code didn't work to check my status. The auto/paint/ammo desk is together and I waited in line over 30 min for help. Then I waited for like 5 hours for a flat repair. Not to mention I can never reach a person on the phone. I called multiple times and it rang for up to 10 minutes a peice before I had to call the front and send a supervisor back.

Got my SUV tires replaced and had oil change done here while driving through to Branson. The clerk who took care of us was nice and explained to us exactly what we needed and cost. He didn't try to upsell our anything, just a good employee doing his job. We shopped around four about 1.5 hours before getting our SUV back. Great service, thanks and give Jeremy a raise

Had four new tires put on. When I got it back the air pressure light was on so I pulled up to the garage thinking all they needed to do was put air in my tires when the assistant manager proceeded to tell me that I only had two of the four sensors and that light was always on but I know my car and had never seen that light before. Not a trustworthy shop!!!

I had a bad tire on the front of my car and we were expecting some bad weather the next day. I called they told me they had the tire in stock never tried to upsell a better tire. Stopped there on my way home from work and they had it installed in less than 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Tiffany who I had talked to in the morning was still there and remembered our morning phone conversation.

They over charged me and when I tried talking to them about it they told me to computer does all the math and the computer can’t be wrong. They charged me for a tire even though I had the warranty and under the warranty the tire should be free. I had to call a manager over the phone in order to get it straightened out and then drive 30 minutes back to the store I order to get the refund. On top of all that I had to wait over 2 and a half hours.
