Calling trying to get meds in and filled is like pulling teeth. I called 3x today… First time I spoke with Mike and he wasn’t very much help, called again around 1:25pm and I was hung up on because lunch started at 1:30, then I called back again around 330 and spoke with Dan and he wasn’t very much help and wasn’t trying to help, these pharmacy techs or horrible and not very helpful at all, not trying to rectify and/or get medication prescribed or fixed for customers that’s been needing it for quite some time. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to get a dying dogs meds filled. Not very helpful nor professional.

I was at the Walgreens in Eureka, MO today shopping like I normally do. While I’m shopping I overhear two employees talk about me stealing. The lady who works daytime on the cosmetics side comes to me and tells me I can’t leave my cart, with 7 items in it, just anywhere in the store bc ppl come in and steal all the time like that. My cart was literally right down the aisle from me while I was checking a price on another item. Then I asked her about two items that were on the clearance shelf that were marked clearance but didn’t show on my phone as clearance. She was so rude about it, like I put it there and would get that price. I told her this happens all the time and I wanted to make sure so when I checked out, it didn’t inconvenience the person checking me out having to go run and check the price. I go to check out and right away the employee had an attitude. When I was about to pay, she told me I couldn’t pay half cash and half on my debit card when I’ve done that several times before. But I was not rude about it, I politely asked why and she told me “We just don’t” then I nicely asked her if she could explain why I could not use all of my Walgreens reward points instead of just half of them. She said “We just don’t” or something similar to that. I asked again if she could explain just so I knew for next time. She didn’t even respond. Then I told her to just pls give me a refund and I would leave bc obviously I was not wanted there. She refunded it and refused to give me a receipt to show she did that. So after I left Walgreens, I spent over an hour on the phone with my bank asking if they refunded me. They kept telling me no and asked me why i didn’t have any sort of proof like a receipt to show I was refunded. It made them think I was lying just to get money back. I totally understood though, what store refuses to give a customer a receipt. I shop at Walgreens all the time! It is by far my favorite store! The manager with the long brown hair and the cosmetic associate made me feel so low, like they were better than me and I didn’t belong there. I’ve never encountered such rude customer service. It’s not hard at all to be kind. I’m really disappointed at this Walgreens. A manager is supposed to be the example to all employees and she was just so rude. I spend a lot of money at that store and for her to treat me the way she did, honestly is just so sad. If you’re not happy at your job then work somewhere else. Don’t be bitter at the customers that pay you your check every month. Without us you would have nothing. I did call their corporate office which is something I’ve never done at any store, even writing this review is new to me. I don’t expect anything to come out of it. But I hope these two ladies learn to treat people with respect and kindness. Im shocked Walgreens has these two employees working at their store. Apparently both these employees are well known for being rude to customers. Being kind goes a long way and it’s not hard. Maybe if you two tried it sometime you could learn to not be so bitter to ppl you don’t know.

Used this pharmacy for YEARS and all of a sudden they went down hill quick. I could go on and on with what happen to me but I’ll keep my long story short…A. This pharmacy does not use the Walgreens app correctly with putting scripts in the correct status, wasting everyone’s time with unnecessary phone calls and waiting on hold! —— B. I have reason to believe they purposely stopped ordering my “ back ordered” script because every other pharmacy has had my script in stock for a while now apparently. I’ve also gotten my script filled 2 months in a row without a hiccup with my new place.
- - So I waited and trusted this place to get my prescription just to be treated like I was a fool when I told them what was happening to me with their HORRIBLE system. Kind of boils down to them being lazy and not caring. I am so glad I changed to an entirely new company where I feel wanted and cared for. I am never stepping foot into another Walgreens for as long as I can. If I do, it’s has to be an emergency with no other options, I will use a drug dealer on a random corner before I use a Walgreens pharmacy again.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I had no idea a pharmacy could even be bad. Go any where else

The older lady at the front register is so nice and had a line of people and two women One was a manager who told her she needs to stock this and that and was basically rude to her. After they got around the corner they laughed about it. I never see them do anything to help every time I'm there. I feel bad for the lady at the front register because so nice and does her job.

Best Walgreens in the area! They actually have cashiers ready to check you out. And probably label their prices.

Pharmacy has Absolutely horrible customer service. Trying to get my mom meds as she is very sick and no other local pharmacies had the medication she needed. I was instructed by the doctors office to call around to other pharmacies to see if they had the medication she needed. When I found one I could then call back and tell the office where to send the rx. This was a 24 hour ordeal as no CVS in St. Louis has her cough medicine. It was at CVS recommendation that I try Walgreens even though her insurance prefers CVS. I digress. At first they told me that they did have it and when I tried to verbally confirm this she very snidely claimed that she never told me yes they did have the medication. Then she asked me for a quantity, how much I needed. I have zero idea what quantity the doctors office would send in. I’m not the MD who would make that decision. So after she rudely told me to hold on she came back and said I’m sorry mam we don’t have any and we can’t help you. Now I work in a cardiology office,(we do not send in cough medicine, hence why I don’t know the quantity they would have sent), I advocate for my patients daily when it comes to medications and speaking to pharmacies. The complete unwillingness to help me was absolutely astounding. I feel bad for people who don’t have medical professionals in their family, at least they have someone to help navigate the health system. The next time someone calls asking for help I implore you to actually see that person as an actual human being and to treat them with respect. Most of these people are sick and are literally at your mercy. I hope that no one ever treats your family members the way we were treated today. As a side note, mobap had the cough medicine she needed and had it ready for me in an hour. If you choose to go to these ginormous corporate pharmacies, do so at your own risk, they do not see you as a patient. They see you as cash. You want to be taken care of, find your local mom and pop, where even their bare minimum is worlds better. Walgreens gives zero craps about your general wellbeing.

Slow and disinterested in the customers time. Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time, no explanation…they waited until they phad 8 people lined up waiting for vaccinations before they bothered to start working towards actually giving the shots.

is there a star lower than one? The only good thing about this pharmacy is it's location. The staff all seem to not want to be there...rude not polite or courteous in any way. Forget about getting your Rx or flu shot on time. Signed up on line for a 10:45 flu shot got there at 10:30 as suggested on website. Sat there listening to staff use profanity under their breathe as they deal with drive thru, still no other customers. The nurse said she was checking me in, went on to make calls to customers to pick up their Rx, answered the phone etc. , in the meanwhile a couple showed up and she was going to work them in when I was to,d last week I had to go online to make an appointment. By 11:03 there was 4 people waiting and I had not been seen. The nurse kept checking in people as they walk up and other things in plain view. when I spoke up she said she was only 10 min behind. Moved here three years ago and every time I go to pay, they ask if they should use card on file and every time I have had to tell them that account no longer exist. (same response, we'll remove it) The pharmacy I'm mostly using out of town saved me a bunch on my Rx just by taking the time to tell me that there was a coupon available on line. Meanwhile, Walgreens was robbing me blind with their prices on the same Rx. Just last week this elderly gentleman were at the counter asking why his meds weren't in, he sounded desperate and all the staff said was it's on back order. After a lot of back and forth she told him he could try another pharmacy or call his doctor. Any person can verify this, just sit by the pharmacy area for a short time and you can count the numerous customers that are told Rx has been delayed. Forget it if your skin color doesn't match theirs...the service is even worst. I will continue to drive out of town and only use this pharmacy in an absolute emergency.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Incredibly slow, largely disinterested and unhelpful and the entire Pharmacy staff lacks any desire to improve the customer experience. I left a pharmacy closer to my house because I thought I’d be better taken-care of at Walgreens and couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve given them chances and the benefit of the doubt time and again but I’ve reached my capacity and will not be returning. They are often completely out of medication and don’t inform you until days later when you arrive to pick up the meds, despite having the text alerts on.They provide you with medication but no way to take it (syringes not included for an injectable-only medication) and didn’t ask if syringes were needed or try in any way to contact the patient or doctor to help remedy the error at drop off and instead waited DAYS to inform me at pick up. They have my fill history in front of them, why would I have those for a first time-fill of this medication? Very thankful my situation wasn’t more immediate, if anyone had medication they need filled promptly, don’t walk, run to literally anywhere else.

You should tell your cashier that worked 07/20 that he should absolutely under no circumstance touch someone else's phone, especially without permission when he has no idea what he is doing.
