This is a horrible place to do business with, some of them are rude and seems like they have enough. My mail never seem to arrive my place, it's either in the mailbox or they are just lazy and leave the package at the post office and doesn't leave a note for you to come and pick it up. Most of the time, they don't even know where your package is anyway. There was a time I came in and ask why all my package never arrive my house. He plaintainly said that they get paid the same if they leave it in the mailbox rather than drop it directly to you. Such a inconsiderate and desperate way of talking, if you don't want to work for customer service job then I guess you should find somewhere else.

The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.

We have not had mail for 5 days. We had snow but we had our street plowed and I shoveled all around our box, 15 or 20 minutes to clean it. Still no mail and everything else around has melted already. I could have skipped the shoveling. We tried to call them several times, all it does is ring then it disconnects you. My wife emailed them, no response yet.

These people are very very good very friendly very efficient and they'll do everything for you postmaster was very helpful today and Jan has been extremely helpful in the past years as has Laura.

The woman at the counter was VERY rude and unprofessional. This is THE worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. And on top of that, they don't know where my package is. It said it was attempted delivery twice which is false because I have had the past two days off and been waiting for it. I drove up there to get the package and they couldn't find it only to have them call me 30 minutes later and tell me they did have it. Only use this service if you are FORCED to. Absolutely horrible experience. I will pay extra money and miles to ship and receive through FedEx or UPS from now on.
